Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale raid campaign into cities in the West Bank amid fierce confrontations in Qalqilya, Ramallah, and al-Bireh.

Concurrently, the IOF raided Tulkarm and arrested released prisoners Amir Hanoun and Imad Najjar from the town of Anabta, east of the city, as per local Palestinian media.

IOF also raided the Jenin refugee camp, arresting a Palestinian youth and deploying forces in several of its streets. Additionally, several Palestinians were arrested following the incursion into the village of Qaryout and the town of Beita south of Nablus.

The IOF also raided Beitunia and Kfar Nima, west of Ramallah, arresting Ahmad Seneif and released prisoner Rafat Abdo, while distributing leaflets with threats against citizens.

Local sources from Ramallah reported that a Palestinian youth was injured by IOF gunfire during the troop's withdrawal from Umm al-Sharayet neighborhood.

Israeli violence on the rise

With the escalation of confrontations between the Palestinian Resistance and the Israeli occupation forces in the occupied West Bank, it is noteworthy that the Israeli media have lately reported the Israeli military's warning that "the West Bank is on the verge of exploding."

Israeli raids and detentions in the cities and camps of the West Bank have been ongoing since October 7 of last year, as part of a continuous Israeli aggression. This coincides with the occupation's relentless genocide against Palestinians in Gaza for the 97th consecutive day.

It is worth noting that a Palestinian youth succumbed to severe injuries sustained when Israeli occupation forces shot him during their recent incursion into the city of Ramallah, two days ago.

This brings the total number of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank since the onset of the Israeli aggression on October 7th to 342.
