Pezeshkian: You want the countries of this region to turn on each other by handing out bombs and missiles, and then you say you are peace-seekers?

Palestinian civilians in North Gaza are being arrested and executed on allegedly "safe" routes, with at least 800 murdered and 200 kidnapped and detained, the Gaza Government Media Office revealed.

Referring to field reports documenting the crimes, the Media Office confirmed that Israeli occupation forces have engaged in a systematic campaign of genocide in northern Gaza, which has been under an unrelenting siege and nonstop fire that aims to eliminate any form of life for 3 weeks now.

Over 770 Palestinians have been confirmed killed over the past 20 days and more than 1,000 injured who cannot be treated as "Israel" targets hospitals, leaving them almost out of service, and blocks the entry of life-saving medicine and resources.

The Government Media Office further stressed that the Israeli campaign is heavily targeting women, children, and the elderly. Civilian shelters are bombed and set ablaze, among the imposition of countless other life-threatening conditions.

Additionally, Israeli forces are using a variety of banned weapons in their airstrikes, including heavy artillery, tanks, and precision missiles, as part of a calculated genocide against the people of Gaza. These assaults are indiscriminate and aim to cause maximum harm to civilians, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis.

Snipers have been deployed across northern Gaza, targeting civilians without distinction and preventing civil defense teams from retrieving bodies or aiding the injured.

The Media Office urged the international community to take immediate action and allow the entry of humanitarian aid, including much-needed medicine and food. The United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and France were held responsible for the atrocities being committed.

Everything is deliberate

Meanwhile, Gaza’s Civil Defense office reported that its personnel were directly targeted by the IOF. After receiving drone warnings to abandon rescue vehicles and relocate to Sheikh Zayed, where civilians are trapped, several workers were either bombed or detained.

Local sources confirmed that shelters run by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in the Abu Zaytoun area of Jabalia have been destroyed by Israeli strikes.

Dr. Munir al-Bursh, the director-general of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, warned that if the Israeli assault continues, hospitals could become mass graves. “If these atrocities persist, hospitals will turn into burial sites,” al-Bursh stated. “We lack even enough shrouds for the deceased. This is clearly a war crime.”

He added that more than 1,000 medical personnel in Gaza have been killed since the war began, accusing "Israel" of intentionally targeting hospitals as part of a strategy to forcibly displace the population.

Al-Bursh described the blockade of essential supplies such as food, water, and medicine as a tactic to pressure people to leave northern Gaza, calling it a component of a military displacement plan orchestrated by Israeli officials.

Israeli blockade of Northern Gaza violates international law: UN

Meanwhile, the United Nations has raised serious concerns about the Israeli blockade of northern Gaza, emphasizing that it violates international law.

During a press briefing on Thursday, UN Deputy Spokesperson Farhan Haq highlighted the extensive destruction caused by the ongoing Israeli assault, stating, “The enormous devastation caused by the blockade in northern Gaza illustrates that the war is being waged without respect for international law. Families are trapped in their locations, unable to move.”

Haq noted that between 50,000 to 70,000 people currently remain in Jabalia, while approximately 63,000 individuals have been displaced from northern areas to the central Gaza Strip.

When asked about the UN's message to residents of northern Gaza, Haq replied, “We continue to work for them. We are striving to ensure that the world hears them and sees their needs.”

He also mentioned that UN staff are attempting to carry out their responsibilities in Gaza under extremely challenging conditions.
