Israeli occupation forces shot and killed an 18-year-old Palestinian from the town of Beita shortly after midnight near Huwwara, south of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources reported that invading Israeli units executed Ismail Samer Othman Sharafa by shooting him directly before taking his body away.

Early Thursday morning, a Palestinian child was wounded by Israeli gunfire during an Israeli incursion into the Balata refugee camp east of Nablus.
Ameed Ahmed, director of the Emergency and Ambulance Center at the Palestinian Red Crescent in Nablus, confirmed that medics treated a 15-year-old boy shot in the leg before transferring him to the hospital.
During the raid, Israeli forces stormed the Balata camp while firing heavily and deloying across its alleys. They also invaded Sufian Street and Rafidia in central Nablus, deploying stun grenades and tear gas extensively.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces shot and injured three Palestinian children and arrested a man and his daughter during an incursion on Beit Ummar, north of al-Khalil.
Additionally, Israeli troops stormed the town of Qaffin, north of Tulkarm, on Thursday morning.
On January 21, 2025, Israeli occupation forces unleashed an aggression on the West Bank, codenamed "Iron Wall", initially targeting Jenin, allegedly to "protect settlers and settlement outpost in the area," according to Security Minister Israel Katz. The aggression has since expanded to include other areas of the occupied West Bank.
The operation has since then displaced tens of thousands of refugees, with over 60% of the displacement cases caused by Israeli forces with no judicial justification, according to UNRWA.
More than half of the Nur Shams refugee camp's 13,000 residents fled after the Israeli occupation launched its offensive targeting the camp on Saturday.
The displacement the West Bank is witnessing is the largest since the occupation of its territories in 1967, forcing UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini to sound the alarm regarding "Israel's" assault at the Munich Security Conference.
There are fears among Palestinians in the West Bank that "Israel" is trying to permanently displace them from their towns and cities, as the Knesset recently pushed a bill to rename the West Bank to "Judea and Samaria," in accordance with the region's name in the Hebrew bible.
Israelis conduct raids, arrest campaigns across West Bank
Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of arrest raids across the West Bank on Tuesday, detaining at least five Palestinians in al-Khalil and several others in other cities.
In the town of Dura, south of al-Khalil, Israeli forces arrested Yasmin al-Fasfous, the freed prisoner Mahmoud al-Fasfous' wife, along with her father, Majed Nasser, and her brother, Wael. Their arrests were accompanied by threats that they would only be released if Mahmoud turned himself in.
In the al-Arroub refugee camp, north of al-Khalil, Israeli forces stormed Mahmoud Abu Hashhash's home, searched the property, and took him into custody. Raids also targeted homes in Jabal Johar and the town of Idhna, where soldiers ransacked properties belonging to the Abu Juhaisha, Matar, and Salimiya families.
Meanwhile, in Nablus, Israeli forces arrested eight Palestinians from the city and the Balata and al-Ain refugee camps. Occupation soldiers stormed several neighborhoods, including the northern mountain area, detaining three people after searching homes.
Balata refugee camp and the nearby Balata al-Balad area were raided twice, leading to the arrest of four more individuals, while another Palestinian was detained in the al-Ain camp.
In Ramallah and Bireh, Israeli forces raided multiple areas, including Umm al-Sharayet and Sateh Marhaba, arresting Mohammed Kanaan from the town of Birzeit after searching his home. Raids also targeted Beit Rima and Deir Ghassaneh, northwest of Ramallah, where homes were searched and vandalized. Additional military incursions were reported in the Jalazone refugee camp, Qarawat Bani Zeid, and Kafr Ein.
Separately, Israeli authorities issued demolition and stop-work orders for six homes in Idhna, west of al-Khalil.
According to reports, Israeli forces carried out 79 demolitions in the West Bank in February alone, affecting 156 structures, including 109 inhabited homes, five unoccupied ones, and 34 agricultural facilities. The demolitions were concentrated in al-Khalil, Jenin, occupied al-Quds, and Salfit.
