The Commander of the Iranian Army's Ground Force, Brigadier General Kioumars Heydari, affirmed in an exclusive statement to Al Mayadeen that Iranian forces are "always prepared to respond to any threat, regardless of its magnitude, at any time, and any day."

He stated that the Iranian response to any attack would be as decisive and strong as the one the illegitimate Zionist entity suffered on April 14, stressing that this approach is to protect Iran's people and defend their dignity and sovereignty.

Heydari emphasized that the Iranian Armed Forces worked cohesively under the command of their general commander to strongly and decisively respond to the empty slogans and rumors in international public circles.

On his part, the Deputy Commander of the Iranian Navy's Naval Force, Admiral Hamza Ali Kawiani, exclusively told Al Mayadeen that the Iranian Armed Forces are all at maximum battle readiness.

He reiterated that Iran would counter any violation of its sovereignty with a destructive response, emphasizing that its land, naval, and aerial capabilities are at their fullest.

Kawiani also stressed the responsibility to maintain the country's independence and sovereignty, revealing that the Iranian Naval Forces are present in Iran's free waters to defend its interests.

A glimpse of Iran's military capabilities to shake the occupation

On Tuesday, President Ebrahim Raisi stated that Iran plans to respond to any aggression of any size and form against its assets and interests with severe, extensive, and painful action.

"As we have already officially announced, Operation True Promise was successfully carried out with the aim of punishing the aggressor. Now we firmly declare that the smallest action against Iran's interests will definitely be met with a severe, extensive, and painful response against all its perpetrators," he said in a phone call with the Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, during which they discussed the current state and developments in the region.

In an interview for Al Mayadeen, the spokesperson for the Security and Foreign Policy Committee in the Iranian Parliament, Abu al-Fadl Amoui emphasized on Monday that Iran stands ready to confront any Israeli attack and will retaliate in proportion, highlighting the surge in diplomatic outreach from Western nations, requesting exclusion from Iran's potential response to any Israeli aggression.

He emphasized that Iran is aware of "Israel's" potential for retaliatory actions and its propensity for further provocations, warning that Iran has prepared for all situations and stands ready to respond with greater decisiveness and precision, utilizing weaponry previously unused, particularly in light of the vulnerabilities exposed in the Israeli security system by the initial strike.

Amoui urged consideration of the potential impact on "Israel" if Iran were to deploy a larger fleet of drones in its attacks, highlighting Iran's possession of a significant number of drones that surpass the capabilities of Israeli security systems. He emphasized that Tehran maintains an abundance of rationality and courage, qualities it has consistently demonstrated in numerous past situations, stressing that it will continue to apply them in various scenarios.
