Iran condemns 'Israel' on anniversary of Baptist Hospital massacre
The Al-Ahli Al-Mamadani hospital attack marked one of the most devastating aggressions on Gaza since the start of "Israel's" genocidal campaign.
On the anniversary of the Israeli airstrike on the Al-Ahli Al-Mamadani hospital in Gaza, which resulted in the martyrdom of over 500 Palestinians, including women and children, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei issued a strong condemnation via social media.
"Let’s remind us that cruelty knows no limit, if accompanied with ideological narcissism and impunity," Baghaei said.
Among those who were martyred to the hospital at the time were displaced and injured Palestinians who had sought refuge there, Baghaei recalled.
"This was the first case of war crime by Israel in Gaza in first days of Israeli genocidal campaign which drew unanimous global condemnation," he noted.
Baghaei then lamented the West's continued support of Israeli war crimes.
"Alas! The regime persisted in its carnage in Gaza and wider war against Palestinians across their occupied homeland, enjoying full impunity guaranteed by the US and some other European countries," he said.
"The people of Palestine, region and beyond will not forget that the US and Germany, as the main apologists of Israeli crimes, are the regime's biggest suppliers of lethal weapons as well," Baghaei concluded.
On the anniversary of the Israeli regime’s air strike on Al-Ahli Al-Mamadani hospital in #Gaza which killed more than 500 patients incd injured women & kids, let’s remind us that cruelty knows no limit, if accompanied with ideological narcissism & impunity.

Baptist Hospital massacre
The Al-Ahli Al-Mamadani hospital attack marked one of the most devastating aggressions on Gaza since the start of "Israel's" genocidal campaign.
"Israel" initially rebuked the widespread international condemnation, claiming the attack was either a mistake or the result of actions by the Resistance.
However, evidence and eyewitness reports later showed that the strike was a deliberate act targeting a civilian refuge.
On October 25, 2023, The New York Times published an investigation revealing that the Al-Ahli Al-Mamadani hospital strike was indeed carried out by Israeli forces, contradicting earlier claims by Israeli officials.
The investigation, which relied on satellite imagery, forensic analysis, and testimonies from survivors, confirmed that the hospital was deliberately targeted despite being a known refuge for civilians.
