The drills come against the backdrop of heightened tensions across the region.
The war on Gaza has fueled anger among the Arab masses, including Iran which has vowed to intervene should the war on Gaza escalate further.
The IOF has already been involved in an exchange of back-and-forth missile attacks with Hezbollah, but no official declaration of war has been issued yet.
On the other hand, resistance groups in Yemen and Iraq have waged several operations against US military posts and warships.
Iran has previously characterized the brutal aggression perpetuated by the IOF against Gaza as "political suicide" and that it is "trying to compensate for its unprecedented operational and intelligence failures by killing children and innocents in Gaza."
The current death toll in Gaza stands at 7,028, including 2,913 children and 1,709 women. 18,484 civilians are reported to be injured.
