The Israeli occupation continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip, for the 20th day in a row, targeting entire residential homes, with the number of martyrs in the Strip exceeding 7,000, in addition to tens of thousands of injured and missing people, as per the Government Information Office in Gaza.
In detail, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Health in Gaza revealed that the number of Palestinians martyred by the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 7,028, including 2,913 children and 1,709 women, in addition to 18,484 injuries.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported on Thursday that Gaza is currently being subjected to the largest Israeli artillery bombardment since the start of the aggression, on the eastern and central regions of the Strip, especially on al-Bureij and Nuseirat camps.
In Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip, one person was martyred and dozens were injured as the occupation forces assaulted a group of citizens.

"We will continue to receive the injured even if we are unable to provide them with the necessary treatment," he added, stressing that "the hospital suffers from a severe shortage of vascular, brain, and chest specialists."
The occupation continues to threaten and target hospitals, as Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the sounds of shells were heard northeast of al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

Thousands trapped under the rubble
The Government Information Office in Gaza confirmed that they suffer from a shortage of machines needed to dig victims out from under the rubble.
In this context, Al Mayadeen's correspondent said that 23 martyrs were recovered from under the rubble of al-Astal family’s home in Khan Yunis, indicating that the search for missing people continues.

Yesterday, the Civil Defense Director in North Gaza, Ahmad al-Kahlout, announced that "debris removal operations are taking place under very difficult conditions," highlighting that "fuel shortages will lead to the halt of machinery we use, after that, we will have to dig with our own hands to rescue people from under the rubble."

On Saturday, Hamas official Osama Hamdan called for the permanent opening of the Rafah crossing and the continuous delivery of food to the Gaza Strip, emphasizing the urgent need to supply fuel to Gaza so that hospitals do not turn into mass graves.
A week after October 7, the United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator for the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Lynn Hastings, also warned of the unprecedented inhuman situation in Gaza and the depletion of essential supplies.
"It’s really about the loss of our humanity if the international community allows this to continue. What we are seeing now is simply inhumane ... the world needs to demand that we are able to deliver the assistance that is at the doorstep of Gaza," she expressed.
The UN Relief and Works Agency was expected to end all humanitarian operations in Gaza on Wednesday night if the Israeli occupation continues to prevent fuel deliveries from entering the blockaded Strip, United Nations spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said.
"The UN Relief and Works Agency, by far the largest humanitarian provider in Gaza, warned that unless fuel is allowed in Gaza immediately, UNRWA will be forced to halt operations tonight," Dujarric told reporters on Wednesday.
