Iraqi resistance drone strikes Israeli target in occupied Golan
In a Thursday statement, the Iraqi resistance announced that the targeting is part of the continued campaign of support for Palestinians in Gaza and in response to the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has announced striking an Israeli military target in the occupied Syrian Golan with drones last Monday, in response to the Israeli massacres in Gaza.
In a Thursday statement, the Iraqi resistance announced that the targeting is part of the continued campaign of support for Palestinians in Gaza and in response to the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Thursday that the number of martyred Palestinians on the 132nd day of the Israeli war on the Strip has risen to 28,663, with 68,395 wounded since October 7.
Last Friday the Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced that its Resistance fighters targeted a vital Israeli target on the coast of the Dead Sea.
The Resistance affirmed, in a brief statement, that this targeting was in solidarity with the people of the Gaza Strip and in retaliation to the atrocities committed by the occupation against Palestinian civilians, including children, women, and the elderly, vowing to “continue targeting enemy strongholds.”
On January 28, the Israeli "Zevelun" naval facility in Haifa Bay north of occupied Palestine was attacked by a drone, sources told Al Mayadeen.
In the same month, the Resistance announced carrying out two separate operations against Israeli targets using appropriate weapons. One of the attacks struck a vital Israeli target in "Eilat" (occupied Umm al-Rashash), putting it out of service.
Sources from the Resistance group told Al Mayadeen that the second attack near the Jordan River Park targeted a control center belonging to the Golani Brigade. The center is responsible for espionage and intelligence gathering balloons, the sources added.
Iraqi Resistance calls for united front against US intervention
Last week, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq extended what it deemed a final opportunity for occupying forces to exit "sacred lands", emphasizing that similar chances were not granted in the past despite pleas and mediations before their defeat in 2011.
In a statement, the Resistance pointed out that recent events have unveiled a stark reality to the Iraqi people, allies and other parties, adding that the United States was showing no signs of weariness or deceit.
The US understands only the language of weapons, evident in its recent attacks targeting the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in al-Qaim, Akashat and other locations, the statement stressed.
The Resistance added that the assassination of the prominent leader Abu Baqir al-Saadi in Baghdad further intensified the gravity of US crimes, violating all rules of engagement.
In a call to arms, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq urged its trusted allies to "acknowledge the faction's profound understanding of the cunning nature of the enemy, the battlegrounds they navigate, and the tactics required to humble the adversary."
Elsewhere, the statement called on fighters to join the ranks of the Resistance, preparing themselves for active participation in expelling the occupation during this historical phase for Iraq and the region.
