Iraqi Resistance targets Israeli site in occupied Golan Heights
The Resistance group says that its operation against an Israeli military target is part of its operations in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced on Sunday that it targeted an Israeli military site in occupied Golan Heights using drones last week.
In a statement, the group said that the operation comes as part of its ongoing support to the Palestinian people in Gaza and their Resistance, affirming that the Resistance will continue its attacks on "enemy positions until the Israeli aggression on Gaza ceases."

This operation is the first to be announced against Israeli targets since July, when the Islamic Resistance said it conducted three operations against "Israel" in response to the occupation's massacre in al-Mawasi, Khan Younis, killing at least 90 Palestinians and injuring hundreds of others.
The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said on Saturday in its daily report that, on day 317 of the genocide in Gaza, the total number of Palestinians killed since the Israeli war on the Strip started on October 7 has risen to 40,099, in addition to 92,609 injuries.
"Israel" committed two massacres in 24 hours, killing 25 Palestinians and injuring 72 others, the ministry added.
While some were transported to partially functioning hospitals, many Palesitians remain trapped beneath the rubble with rescue crews unable to reach them.
