Israeli aggression on Lebanon continues to kill, injure civilians

South Lebanon, Beirut's Southern Suburb, and the Bekaa region have all been suffering under tremendous and intense Israeli bombardment as the war on Lebanon continues.

At noon Saturday, an Israeli drone struck an area where Civil Defense and rescue operations attempted to lift the rubble following the intense aggression on Mrayjeh, in Beirut's Southern Suburb, forcing the crews to withdraw from the site immediately, as "Israel" stretches its tactics of obstructing all rescue efforts in Lebanon.
As the aggression continues, the Israeli occupation has launched around nine airstrikes since Friday night through Saturday morning on several areas in the Southern Suburb of Beirut, including Burj al-Barajneh, Rweis, the Sayyed al-Shuhada Complex, the vicinity of the Al-Qaem Complex, and Choueifat.
As a result, thick clouds of smoke can still be seen rising in the aftermath of the violent raids, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Beirut reported.
Footage circulated of one of the destroyed buildings targeted by the occupation in Sayyed Hadi Nasrallah Highway area in the Southern Suburb, as well as the destruction that was inflicted on the Sayyed al-Shuhada Complex, home to all sorts of national and religious celebrations, prior to the aggression.

South Lebanon
In southern Lebanon, as part of the ongoing attacks on border villages and attempts to infiltrate Lebanon, the Israeli occupation fired smoke grenades to create a visual barrier while moving within the Shebaa Farms, during the assault on the Bastara Farm.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the repeated Israeli attacks and artillery shelling continued throughout the night, targeting villages in southern Lebanon, amid valiant confrontations and operations carried out by the Islamic Resistance fighters across several combat axes.
Meanwhile, "Israel" continues to target homes, civilian institutions, and civilian infrastructure in the city of Nabatieh in southern Lebanon, according to our correspondent.
Elsewhere, an Israeli drone carried out an airstrike this afternoon targeting a house in the town of Zawtar al-Sharqiya, with initial reports of three martyrs, according to the National News Agency.
In a related context, an Israeli aggression in the Marj Harouf area killed two young men after their vehicle was targeted by a guided missile. Additionally, Israeli artillery shelling targeted the towns of al-Wazzani, Kfar Kila, Khiam, the Marjayoun plain, the outskirts of Deir Mimas, the town of Qana, and the area of the Ansar detention center, the National News Agency reported.
As part of the systematic Israeli attacks on medical staff in Lebanon, Israeli warplanes bombed a center belonging to the Islamic Health Authority in the town of Siddiqin in southern Lebanon, according to the NNA.
Bekaa
In the Bekaa region, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in central Bekaa reported that the occupation intensified its aggression, targeting the Riyaq road that connects the Shtoura area to the city of Baalbeck in eastern Lebanon.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in northern Bekaa reported that Israeli airstrikes continue in southern Baalbeck, around the Zahle district, as well as in western Bekaa. In detail, our correspondent mentioned that Israeli warplanes struck an area around the Zahle district, specifically near the town of Saadnayel, killing one person.
Additionally, engineer Ola Ahmad Muhieddine, a mother of an infant, from the town of Jdeideh -- al-Fakiha in Baalbeck, who volunteered with the Red Cross, succumbed to her injuries after being wounded by an Israeli airstrike that targeted the town of al-Ain in northern Bekaa on Friday, according to the National News Agency.
Israeli warplanes also targeted a house near the main road in the town of al-Hafir, west of Baalbeck.
Early this morning, an Israeli drone targeted a residential apartment in the Beddawi refugee camp for Palestinian refugees in Tripoli, northern Lebanon, resulting in the martyrdom of four members of the same family, including al-Qassam Brigades Commander Saeed Atallah Ali.
