Occupation forces also detained and questioned several Palestinians in the town. Local sources reported the detainment of Obeida Ous Bani Fadel and Alaa Saud Taha after their homes were raided.
Palestinians confronted the incursion on the town, while Israeli occupation forces fired tear gas and sound bombs, injuring multiple people in the town. Employing a tactic that has become all too familiar since October 7, Israeli forces systematically obstructed ambulances from accessing the scene of the attacks, preventing medics from providing needed care for the wounded.
Concurrently, Israeli occupation forces invaded and raided several Palestinian towns and the city of Areeha. The city of Areeha on the eastern side of the West Bank was raided from several axes. The towns of Surif and Beit Ummar to the north of al-Khalil, as well as Bani Naim to the east and al-Fawwar camp to the south all witnessed Israeli raids.
Israeli occupation forces also invaded the town of Anata to the northeast of occupied al-Quds. To the west of Nablus, Israeli forces raided several homes in Kfar Qaddum.

The Palestinian Prisoners Information Office reported that Israeli occupation forces have arrested 35 Palestinians in the West Bank and al-Quds, including three women, on Monday evening.
The arrests were concentrated in al-Khalil and occupied al-Quds, in addition to Beit Lahm, Ramallah, Tulkarm, Areeha, and Tubas.
