Israeli media: 1,500 rockets to hit 'Tel Aviv' daily in next Hezb. war
The Israeli "Security" establishment reveals in its report that the next war with Lebanon's Hezbollah will involve thousands of rockets hitting their targets in "Tel Aviv".
The Israeli "security" establishment warned, following its evaluation of the situation on the front with the Lebanese Resistance, that "in the next war in the North" there would be "6,000 rockets in the first days".
The warning was published by KodKod Group on their Telegram channel where they quoted the establishment saying, "According to the scenario, in one day of fighting, Israel will have to deal with the firing of thousands of rockets, and in the first days of the war, about 6,000 rockets will be fired at Israel."
The report, as published, then noted that "Later on" as the war extends over several days, "the number will decrease" gradually to reach about "2,000-1,500 rockets a day."
As such, the report emphasized that what is expected by Israeli "security" experts is that daily, "Israel" will be set to deal with approximately "1,500 attacks", which were characterized as "effective", on Israeli territory, given that "this is after subtracting the astronomical numbers...that will fall in open areas, and successful interceptions by the 'Iron Dome'."
On that note, Israeli occupation experts criticized the Israeli "Iron Dome" saying "with all due respect to it and its operators, there are very few chances that it will be able to show such high interception rates as we have been used to in the recent rounds of fighting in the South."
Nasrallah: Next war will have 'no limits'
The publication of this report followed the speech of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, yesterday, on the fourth anniversary of the martyrdom of the two commanders, Qasem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, and their companions, and the threat it contained to the occupation. Sayyed Nasrallah warned that if the Israeli occupation forces "launched a war on Lebanon, we will have no limits, no restrictions, no rules of engagement, or boundaries," stressing that "Whoever might think about going to war with us will regret such a decision. War with us will be tremendously costly."
The speech left a major impact on the internal front in "Israel", and the Israeli media dealt with all seriousness of the threats it contained. In this context, Major General in the Reserves, Yaakov Amidror, warned that "the war in Lebanon is ten times more difficult than the fighting in Gaza with the Palestinians relative to the Home Front."
In parallel, the Israeli channel Kan pointed out that the Israeli occupation forces are at the peak of tension in both the South and the North, and more importantly, "the Israeli alert on the Lebanese-Palestinian border has reached its peak," as the anticipation for the response of the Islamic resistance in Lebanon remains ongoing.
US Defense official: 'Israel' behind Arouri martyrdom
The Israeli occupation carried out the strike that killed Hamas deputy politburo chief Saleh al-Arouri in the southern suburbs of Beirut, a US defense official said Wednesday.
This comes after US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said that the United States was not given a heads-up prior to the drone strike that killed Hamas' second-in-command.
The Deputy Chief of the Political Bureau of the Hamas movement, Saleh al-Arouri, was martyred on Tuesday evening, as a result of an attack that targeted the Southern Suburb of Beirut.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that an Israeli drone targeted the building with three missiles, resulting in the martyrdom of six individuals.
In the wake of the assassination, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah, declared that the strike being carried out in the heart of the Southern Suburb of Beirut was a "dangerous development in the course of the war between the Israeli occupation and the Axis of Resistance and a serious attack on Lebanon, its people, security, sovereignty, and resistance."
The Resistance party stressed that the aggression "will not go unanswered or without punishment."
