Israeli newspapers hacked on Qassem Soleimani's assassination anniversary
The Israeli newspaper Jerusalem Post reveals its website has been hacked on the anniversary of the US assassination of Qassem Soleimani.
Israeli media announced on Monday that The Jerusalem Post and Maariv websites were hacked with an image intended to be martyr Qassem Soleimani's ring firing a missile on their homepage.
The Jerusalem Post Tweeted that its website was hacked and claimed it was working on resolving the issue, knowing that this comes on the day marking the second anniversary of General Qassem Soleimani's martyrdom.
The Iranian General was killed on January 3, 2020, after Trump ordered a US strike on the premises of Baghdad International Airport that killed Soleimani, the Iraqi PMF Deputy Chief Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, and their companions, shocking the whole region.
The Israeli paper also indicated it was aware of the breach and described it as a "direct threat of Israel," detailing that it has not yet figured the location of the hackers.

Great Prophet 17 exercise simulated targeting Israeli Dimona facility
Israeli media has been discussing the recent Iranian Great Prophet 17 drill, describing the maneuvers as a simulated attack on the Israeli Dimona facility.
Iran launched around 16 ballistic missiles on December 24 at the end of the five-day military drills that constituted a warning to “Israel” and included a mock strike on Israel’s nuclear facility, according to top Iranian commanders.
“Through a simulation of the Dimona atomic facilities, the Revolutionary Guards successfully practiced attacking this critical center of the Zionist regime in its missile exercise,” the Iranian Tasnim news agency reported.
