Israeli occupation forces launched a series of deadly air raids and artillery strikes across the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, intensifying attacks that have already devastated the besieged enclave and deepened an unfolding humanitarian catastrophe.
In the northern part of the Strip, Israeli warplanes carried out heavy bombardments on multiple areas, accompanied by the deliberate demolition of residential buildings, according to local media sources. One of the airstrikes targeted a tent sheltering displaced civilians in the al-Saftawi area of Gaza City, resulting in numerous injuries among civilians already forced from their homes.
Israeli attacks target the central Gaza Strip
In central Gaza, the Nuseirat refugee camp came under heavy attack. Two civilians were martyred, and several others were wounded in the strikes. The home of the Jouda family in the southern part of the camp was directly targeted, with multiple people reported missing under the rubble.
Israeli artillery also pounded eastern Deir al-Balah with a series of strikes, further endangering densely populated areas.

Strikes on southern Gaza
The southern Gaza Strip witnessed one of the deadliest escalations of the day. Israeli air raids targeted an apartment belonging to the Mokhaimer family in the al-Amal neighborhood of western Khan Younis, killing four civilians and injuring several others, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent. In Rafah, the western part of the city was subjected to intense bombing by Israeli warplanes and ground vehicles, with powerful explosions shaking entire neighborhoods.
In addition, local media reported that Israeli artillery shelled the al-Qarara area, north of Khan Younis, adding to the widespread destruction.
This latest wave of Israeli aggression comes as Gaza’s humanitarian conditions continue to deteriorate. With critical infrastructure, civilian homes, and displacement shelters persistently targeted, calls from authorities in Gaza and international organizations to halt the assault and facilitate the entry of vital humanitarian aid have grown increasingly urgent.
