The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed the martyrdom of four Palestinians and the injury of 27 others, seven critically, in the ongoing Israeli shelling of sites and houses in Jenin and its camp.

This comes after the Israeli occupation forces launched at dawn Monday a large-scale military operation targeting the city of Jenin and its refugee camp, in the northern occupied West Bank.

On its part, the Joint Room of the Palestinian Resistance factions indicated that the continuation of the Israeli aggression against Jenin and the behavior of the occupation will determine the nature of the Resistance's response.

In a statement, the Joint Room stressed that the heroes of Jenin are determined to humiliate the enemy and break its arrogance, pointing out that the operations room of the Palestinian Resistance factions is in permanent session to follow up on the savage aggression against Jenin.

The statement underlined that the Resistance on all battlefields will not allow the enemy to attack our people in Jenin or to corner them solely.

The Joint Room called on all the Palestinian Resistance factions in Jenin and its camp to unite and engage in the confrontation united. It also called on the Palestinian people in all cities, villages, and camps, especially around Jenin, to engage in the confrontation with the occupation, support Jenin, and teach the enemy harsh lessons in response to its aggression.

The statement also called on Resistance fighters in all arenas to prepare to respond to aggression if the occupation decides to continue its crime and persist in its aggression.

The Joint Room of the Palestinian Resistance Factions said the Israeli occupation launched its aggression against the camp under the cover of darkness at dawn today, hoping to break Jenin's thorn of heroism, "and under the illusion of its ability to eradicate the revolution and resistance of our people in Jenin and in the occupied West Bank."

The Israeli media confirmed that the occupation had launched a large-scale military operation in the camp. Israeli media had suggested that more than 1,000 Israeli occupation soldiers are taking part in the aggression against Jenin, while Resistance fighters in Jenin confirmed that they had succeeded in directly targeting invading forces with massive explosives.

In response, Palestinian Resistance factions voiced their strong condemnation of the ongoing aggression against Jenin, affirming that Jenin will wholly stand up against this new aggression and fail the occupation government's plans.

Earlier, the Al-Quds Brigades' Jenin Brigade made an exclusive statement to Al Mayadeen, announcing its preparedness to repel the aggression launched by the occupation against Jenin and its refugee camp.

In the message, the Jenin Brigade addressed Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, saying, "Let the criminal Netanyahu and his army commanders know that the Al-Quds Brigades - Jenin Brigade, has been preparing itself for this day, and has prepared a world of hurt for you and your soldiers."

The Brigade further stated that the "enemy is highly delusional if it believes it will break our will or weaken Resistance in the camp by targeting it with airstrikes and striking civilian homes."
