Lebanon mourns 6 y/o child, woman killed in deliberate Israeli strike
6-year-old Amal al-Dorr and 40-year-old Khadija Suleiman were deliberately targeted and killed by an Israeli airstrike in South Lebanon on Wednesday.
Scores of mourners from all over Lebanon marched through the streets of the Lebanese town of Majdal Zoun, bidding a tearful farewell to 6-year-old Amal al-Dorr and 40-year-old Khadija Suleiman whose lives were tragically cut short by a brutal Israeli airstrike on February 21.
In a profoundly moving funeral procession, mourners paid their respects to Amal and Khadija, plunging Lebanon into profound sorrow.

Within the local mosque, an imam led the funeral prayers as mourners wept openly. The martyrs, in caskets draped in flags of the Lebanese Resistance (Hezbollah and Amal movement), were carried to their final resting place by grieving family members and friends, displaying resilience despite the constant threat of Israeli warplanes.

In this solemn moment, people from across Lebanon stood together, sharing their condolences and seeking solace. They also recalled the past Israeli massacres, most notably the 2006 Qana massacre, which saw at least 27 children getting killed in their sleep by Israeli missile strikes. Yet again, similar massacres against Lebanese civilians epitomize the brutality and savagery of the Israeli occupation.
As the world looks on, the names of martyrs have become etched into Lebanon's collective memory. Our hearts go out to their family and to all who have endured the loss of their loved ones as a result of the ongoing Israeli occupation's atrocities in West Asia.
From Lebanon to Gaza: One murderous regime
In addition to the killing of 6-year-old Amal al-Dorr, seven Lebanese children have been murdered in airstrikes by the Israeli occupation since October 8.

It's important to highlight that the Islamic Resistance, in response to Israeli attacks on villages and civilian homes, especially the aggression against civilians in Majdal Zoun, targeted the Israeli settlement of "'Matzuva'" for the first time yesterday, using Katyusha rockets.
Meanwhile, IOF killed over 12,400 children in Gaza since October 7, as stated by Palestinian health authorities.
