At least 69 Palestinians were killed by Israeli occupation forces across the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, including 29 starved civilians waiting for food aid, Al Mayadeen’s correspondent reported, in what has become a harrowing daily massacre.
The killings reportedly occur near a facility operated by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), a controversial aid mechanism established under US sponsorship and directly coordinated with Israeli occupation forces. The GHF has become a centerpiece of a new, militarized aid model imposed after "Israel" partially eased its three-month siege. However, this model has increasingly been linked to mass killings, sparking outrage from humanitarian organizations and Palestinians alike.

Concurrently, Gaza’s Civil Defense announced the retrieval of 15 bodies of Palestinian martyrs from the al-Sudaniya area in northern Gaza, victims who had reportedly been awaiting aid five days earlier when invading Israeli units slaughtered them.
The retrieval came only after repeated coordination efforts with the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). Several individuals remain unaccounted for, with search operations ongoing.
Seven Palestinians were killed and several others were wounded when Israeli warplanes targeted a group of civilians near Al-Taqwa Mosque in the al-Bureij refugee camp, located in central Gaza. Another Israeli strike in the al-Tuffah neighborhood northeast of Gaza City killed three Palestinians near Al-Shurafa roundabout, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent.
Israeli genocide ongoing
Earlier in the day, 33 Palestinians were reported killed in widespread airstrikes that hit multiple areas, including Khan Younis, al-Zaytoun, and Jabalia, pushing the daily death toll even higher.
Medical sources confirmed that at least 11 Palestinians were killed and over 100 injured when invading Israeli units massacred a gathering of starved families waiting for humanitarian aid on Salah al-Din Street in central Gaza.
I went twice to receive the so-called American aid, and what I saw was far worse than what is shown in the media.

Meanwhile, five Palestinians were killed when Israeli forces shelled tents in the al-Attar area of al-Mawasi, Khan Younis. The area was sheltering hundreds of forcibly displaced families.
Amid the escalating Israeli carnage, the World Health Organization issued a dire warning about the state of Gaza’s health infrastructure. The agency reported that fuel has not entered the Strip for more than 100 days, rendering hospitals and clinics unable to function.

Health officials on the ground say the combination of non-stop airstrikes, medical shortages, and fuel blockade has brought Gaza’s healthcare system to the verge of collapse, further endangering thousands of lives.
