Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah affirmed that the Resistance in Lebanon will not back down "for a single moment, at all, from supporting the righteous, even if martyrs fall, houses are destroyed, and whatever political consequences may follow."

In his speech at the central Ashura council in Beirut, on Sunday, Sayyed Nasrallah called on everyone to do whatever they can to support Palestine, considering that anyone who ignores what is happening in Gaza and the injustices faced by Palestine and the supporting fronts "is dead in mind, heart, and spirit."

He stated that the Resistance in Lebanon joined Operation Al-Aqsa Flood in support of Gaza and the Palestinian people, filled with great spirit, conceptions, feelings, will and determination.

Sayyed Nasrallah added that the horrors of the massacres in the Gaza Strip awakened the humanitarian instinct in the West, especially among American university students and their minds.

He emphasized the grievances of the Palestinian people, considering that "the clear and obvious right is called Palestine," according to the standards of international law, human rights, ethics and religions, and the opposite is the falsehood called "Israel", as he described it.

Sayyed Nasrallah praised the environment of Resistance and its stance on opening the Lebanese front in support of Gaza and the Palestinian people and its Resistance, considering that it enabled the Resistance in Lebanon to maintain its strong stance and presence, affirming that the Resistance is in the right place.

Israeli media platforms reported from Sayyed Nasrallah's speech that "we are in the midst of significant and important events in Gaza and the region," talking about the great danger and threat posed by the Resistance to the Israeli occupation.

Sayyed Nasrallah concluded his speech by expressing his hope that the new Hijri year will bring "success in achieving hopes, ending pains, and that victory will be bestowed upon the fighters, the patient, and the steadfast soon and quickly."
