Israeli media on Monday shed light on the latest speech of Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, especially his threats to respond to any Israeli assassination on Lebanese soil.

On Sunday, Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned during a cabinet session that whoever tries to "harm" the Israeli entity through financing Resistance operations or other means "will pay the full price."

The Israeli Kan channel broadcast scenes from Sayyed Nasrallah's speech, with Israeli affairs correspondent Roi Kais saying that any Israeli assassination in Lebanon would mean war.

The Yedioth Ahronoth news website pointed out that Sayyed Nasrallah supports Saleh Al-Arouri, the Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, who works from Lebanon, and underlined that the Resistance "will not allow Lebanon to be an arena for assassinations."

On its part, the Israeli Channel 13 pointed out that the Hezbollah Secretary-General continues to threaten "Israel", pointing out that this time, Sayyed Nasrallah said Netanyahu accused Iran of the operations in the occupied West Bank and stressed that "the Resistance in the occupied West Bank goes purely hand in hand with the Palestinian will."

Earlier on Monday, Sayyed Nasrallah touched on the Israeli officials' threats, noting that the Israeli enemy, throughout the struggle with the Resistance, carried out massive assassinations but was still unable to break the Resistance's will.

The Lebanese Resistance leader pointed to the futility of the Israeli threats, stressing that neither verbal threats nor the actual implementation of these threats would stop the Resistance and its movements. On the contrary, it will rather increase its stubbornness, determination, and strength.

It is noteworthy that in an exclusive interview for Al Mayadeen, Al-Arouri stressed on Friday that the Israeli occupation's repeated threat to assassinate him "does not change my beliefs and stances, nor will it alter my path by so much as an inch," stressing that the Resistance in the occupied West Bank "continues to grow more powerful and steadfast."

Al-Arouri indicated that "the proliferation of the Resistance across the entire West Bank is a nightmare for the occupation, striking panic and fear [within the ranks of occupation]," underlining that "the Resistance has foiled the policies of the fascist [Israeli] government, such as settlement expansion in the West Bank."

Israeli media considered on Sunday that Netanyahu's threat to pursue the leaders of the Resistance is not certain to be accurate, as everyone knows what the repercussions of the assassination of a figure like Al-Arouri are.
