October 7 most crucial chapter in Arab-Zionist struggle: Sabahi
The Secretary-General of the Arab National Conference tells Al Mayadeen this is "a tug-of-war phase between the victorious Resistance and the defeated Netanyahu."
The Secretary-General of the Arab National Conference, Hamdeen Sabahi, affirmed that "Egypt as a whole does not accept any aggression on Rafah, which will be considered an aggression on Egypt itself."
In an interview for Al Mayadeen, Sabahi stressed that "if the Israeli army launches an aggression against Rafah, it will be one against Egypt's wishes."
"If the Israeli army launches an aggression against #Rafah, it will be one against #Egypt's wishes. Furthermore, any escalation of the military operation could result in the dissolution of the Camp David Accords."

Furthermore, he confirmed reports about Egyptian warnings to "Israel" that "any escalation of the military operation could result in the dissolution of the Camp David Accords."
Drawing a connection between today's war events and the history of the Arab-Israeli struggle, Sabahi recalled the battle led by the late Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser against the Israeli occupation forces in al-Falujah, Gaza, in 1948.
He described the current aggression on Gaza as a new triple aggression "carried out by the United States, Britain, and Israel."
Citing President Abdel Nasser's quote, "We will fight and we will not surrender," Sabahi indicated that this slogan is being applied by the Resistance today, pointing out that "the Resistance's steadfastness and the legendary patience of the people of Gaza are what achieves victory."
The Secretary-General of the Arab National Conference deemed October 7 as the "most important chapter of the Arab-Zionist conflict," which marked the "earthquake day for the Zionist entity in its ideology and existence."
He added that the Palestinian Resistance's Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7 "terminated the [security] contract between the ruling military group in the Zionist entity and its settlers," which would later lead to "reverse migration in the Zionist entity."
On ongoing negotiations for prisoner exchange and a ceasefire, Sabahi stated this is "a tug-of-war phase between the victorious Resistance and the defeated Netanyahu, who is seeking victory."
He emphasized that Hamas' response to the Paris Document was "intelligent" as it did not compromise Palestinian rights and was not the side hardening its stance, affirming that "Netanyahu will swallow the bitter pill."
Regarding the northern front, along the border between Lebanon and occupied Palestine, Sabahi mentioned that the evacuation of settlements in northern Palestine is clear evidence of the terminated security agreement between the Israeli occupation military and the settlers.
He added that "the legacy of resistance enabled Hezbollah to attain a significant position in the Arab consciousness."
"The legacy of resistance enabled Hezbollah to attain a significant position in the Arab consciousness, and the wave of support for Operation Al-Aqsa Flood stretched from southern Lebanon, with Hezbollah's presence, to Bab al-Mandab with #Yemen joining in."

In the same context, Sabahi touched on the Yemeni and Iraqi roles in the ongoing battle, emphasizing that "Yemen's role in this battle has shifted the conflict to an international and global level."
Elsewhere, he added that the operations of the Iraqi Resistance and the American reaction to them confirm that neutralizing major powers is achievable, expressing confidence in the unity of the battlefield.
