Operation against 'Beit Hillel' was 'exceptional': Israeli media
On Sunday, the Lebanese resistance carried out an operation targeting the "Beit Hillel" occupation base, hitting an Israeli military vehicle and injuring 11 IOF soldiers.
Israeli news reports on Monday acknowledged that the operation led by the Lebanese resistance on an IOF base in "Beit Hillel" in occupied upper Al-Jalil was exceptional by all standards.
Speaking to Israeli broadcaster Channel 13, Reserve Brigadier General Tzvika Haimovitch explained that the exceptional nature of the operation is owed to two reasons: first, the firing with a guided missile near the separation fence, and second, the depth of the target.
He added that the firing of anti-tank missiles at a range of approximately 3 kilometers indicates a significant Hezbollah presence near the separation fence.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent pointed out that the sensitive military site hosts an Iron Dome battery system and is located at the end of the runway of the "Kiryat Shmona" airport.
Hezbollah had previously targeted the "Beit Hillel" military base with Grad rockets in response to the Israeli-targeted killing of Al Mayadeen's crew in South Lebanon last month.
The Israeli strike resulted in the martyrdom of reporter Farah Omar and photojournalist Rabih Me'mari. Lebanese citizen Hussein Akil was collaborating with the crew at the time of the strike, which resulted in his martyrdom as well.
On the same day the operation was carried out, Channel 13 mentioned that "Hezbollah pledged that the moment Hamas stops firing, it will cease its firing as well" and will resume when the resistance in Gaza resumes, confirming that Hezbollah "unfortunately kept its word."
The Israeli channel further mentioned a heightened state of frustration among settlers in northern occupied Palestine due to the continuation of resistance operations in Lebanon.
