Iranian Armed Forces issue stern warning to settlers
In a statement released just as the first missile salvo was launched, addressed to Israeli settlers, the Iranian Armed Forces said, "Netanyahu’s criminal regime has launched a doomed aggression based on a grave miscalculation," adding that "Most assuredly, the scope of Iran's destructive retaliation will include all corners of the occupied territories."
The statement issued a stern warning to Israelis living in the occupied Palestinian territories, urging them to leave immediately because these areas "will certainly not be habitable in the near future," according to the sharply worded official statement.
Furthermore, the Iranian Armed Forces asserted that the "scope of Iran's destructive retaliation will include all corners of the occupied territories," emphasizing the accuracy of Iran's missiles in targeting military, strategic, and security facilities belonging to the Zionist entity.
The statement clarified that Iran possesses "a comprehensive target bank covering sensitive sites deep inside the occupied territories, which will be struck in the coming phase."
The Iranian military also called on settlers to prevent the Israeli government from using them as human shields.
The armed forces further stated that Israeli PM Netanyahu was "endangering civilians' lives for his own personal interests," warning that he had committed "crimes that will only end in defeat...ignoring these warnings will lead to even harder days for you."
The statement elaborated by holding the Israeli prime minister responsible for the "failed aggression," asserting that he "launched a doomed aggression based on a reckless and strategically misguided move." They emphasized that these miscalculations "will be met with a crushing and earth-shaking response that will leave the enemy regretting its actions."
In a direct warning to settlers, the Iranian Armed Forces stressed the urgent need to avoid residing near or frequenting the mentioned areas, stating that "even taking shelter underground will not keep you safe."
The statement concluded by cautioning that "those who ignore this warning do so at their own peril."
