Palestine TV correspondent Mohammad Abu Hatab, family killed in Gaza
Palestine TV calls the attack on its journalist “a deliberate assassination” of Abu Hatab, since his house was targeted right after he went back home from covering "Israel’s" atrocities in Gaza.
Broadcaster Palestine TV confirmed that its correspondent has been killed alongside his family members in an Israeli strike that targeted his home in Khan Yunis, south of Gaza.
"Our colleague Mohammed Abu Hatab fell as a martyr along with members of his family in an Israeli strike on his home in Khan Yunis," it said after Palestinian media reports stated the airstrike killed 11 of his family members, including his wife, son, and brother.
The media outlet called the attack “a deliberate assassination” of Abu Hatab, since his house was targeted right after he went back home from covering "Israel’s" atrocities in Gaza.
“It’s a message in blood to terrorize Palestinian journalists to prevent them from reporting on our people’s suffering and exposing Israel’s crimes,” it said in its statement.
