Palestinian Prisoner Kayed al-Fasfous Finally Free
Occupation authorities released prisoner Kayed al-Fasfous on Sunday following a 131-day hunger strike.
Following a year and a half of detention, Palestinian prisoner Kayed al-Fasfous is finally free from the Israeli occupation.
After 131 days on hunger strike, Al-Fasfous suspended his strike on November 22 after he seized freedom by a court order.
In this regard, Hamas spokesperson Abdul Latif al-Qanou affirmed that "the steadfastness of prisoner Kayed al-Fasfous for 131 days in the Battle of Empty Stomachs and his victory today over the zionist jailer proves the ability of our people and our captives to break the tyranny of the Zionist occupier in every battle they are waging."
The media office of Popular Resistance Committees (PRC) said that the prisoner "wrote with his living flesh and empty stomach the most beautiful images of glory, pride, dignity, and unyielding determination."
The former prisoner will return to his hometown in al-Khalil.
