Raisi to Nakhalah: Defending Palestine is Iran's inevitable policy
The PIJ Secretary-General tells the Iranian President the resistance in the occupied Palestinian territories and Gaza is what will exert pressure on the Israeli occupation, thanks to Iran’s support.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said Thursday that the Israeli occupation believes that it can achieve security through normalizing ties with some countries in the region.
During his meeting with the Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) Ziad Al-Nakhalah in Tehran, Raisi stressed that normalization has never and will never achieve security for the Zionist entity because the Israeli occupation lacks a correct understanding of the region and its developments.
The Iranian President indicated that the Islamic countries in the region strongly hate the usurping Zionist entity.
Raisi affirmed that defending Palestine and the resistance is Iran's inevitable policy, with no hesitation in this regard, pointing out that the enlightening path of resistance defeated the Israeli enemy and gave hope to the supporters of Palestine.
Al-Nakhlah: Resistance has a strong presence in the '48 occupied territories
On his part, Al-Nakhalah considered that Iran has a courageous and strong presence in the region more than ever.
The PIJ Secretary-General mentioned that the Resistance in the occupied Palestinian territories and Gaza Strip is what will exert pressure on the Zionist entity, thanks to Iran’s support.
Iranian FM: Iran's principled, consistent policy is to support Palestinian cause
Two days ago, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian stressed during his meeting with Al-Nakhlah that Iran's principled and consistent policy is to support the Palestinian cause and the resistance of the Palestinian people against the Israeli occupation and its expansionist ambitions.
On June 6, Amir-Abdollahian underlined that Iran will not abandon the Palestinian cause and will continue to defend the Palestinian people, adding that the main solution to the Palestinian cause is the return of the refugees and a referendum among the indigenous people of this land.
This comes amid rising tensions in the Gaza Envelope illegal settlements fearing retaliation from the PIJ after the IOF's brutal arrest of PIJ leader Bassam Al-Saadi.
