Resistance confronts incursions in Jenin, IOF withdraw under fire

The number of martyrs of the Israeli aggression on Jenin is on the rise, and Resistance fighters in Nablus continue to confront invading occupation forces.

Palestinian youth Mustapha Jabareen succumbed to wounds he sustained after being shot by Israeli occupation forces that stormed the city of Jenin, in the northern West Bank.

Confrontations broke out between the Resistance fighters and the invading occupation forces at the cinema roundabout area and in the vicinity of al-Nasira Street in the city of Jenin, before the occupation forces withdrew from the city and camp of Jenin.

With the martyrdom of Jabareen, 30 years old, the number of Palestinians martyred as a result of the Israeli aggression on Jenin, has risen to 12 in just two days.

Today, Jenin embarked on a full strike to mourn the martyrs, as per national and Islamic forces in the city.

Confrontations in Nablus

The Israeli occupation army launched incursions into other areas of the occupied West Bank, as its forces stormed the vicinity of Al-Ittihad Hospital in the city of Nablus, in the northern West Bank, after storming the eastern region of the city.

Confrontations broke out between Resistance fighters and invading occupation forces as they stormed the al-Ain camp in Nablus. The Resistance fighters targeted Israeli vehicles with a homegrown IED, while the occupation army deployed its snipers on buildings' rooftops

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Nablus announced that its fighters were able to lure an Israeli infantry force into a well-established ambush in the alleys of the al-Ain camp, saying, "We engaged in fierce confrontations with them with machine guns and explosive devices and achieved direct hits."

Several injured Israeli soldiers were evacuated by the Magen David Adom (the Star of David), the Brigade announced.

Israeli occupation forces also stormed the village of Kafr Ain and the town of Kobar, north of Ramallah, and raided homes of Palestinians in the town of Beit Fajjar, southeast of Beit Lahm, in the southern West Bank.

On May 21, the occupation launched an aggression into Jenin, and security sources said that the occupation forces stormed the city and its camp and deployed its vehicles across the streets of Jenin, Haifa, Nablus, and Burqin, which led to confrontations that were concentrated in the vicinity of the Jenin camp and Wadi Burqin.

The Resistance stood up to the aggression, announcing several attacks with explosive devices and live bullets, resulting in casualties among the ranks of the invading Israeli forces.
