Rockets hit US Ain al-Assad as Resistance Axis gradually joins war
Explosions were heard inside the base hosting American troops as per Reuters.
Ain al-Asad US occupation base in Iraq hosting American troops was targeted with rockets on Saturday evening, Reuters said in a report.
Since day one of the launch of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, in response to the Israeli crimes against Palestinians and their holy sites, US President Biden announced "unwavering" support to the entity and immediately signed off on increased military assistance delivered daily.
This measure was a public admission of complicity in all Israeli crimes against civilians in Gaza, which has resulted in the martyrdom of at least 4,300 civilians, most of whom are children, women, and the elderly.

In response, Iraqi Resistance factions declared that all US bases within reach had become legitimate targets, especially those in Iraq. "We will not stand idly by in the face of the ongoing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza," the factions pledged earlier this week.
A spokesperson of Iraqi Kataib Hezbollah declared on Wednesday that the Iraqi Resistance has officially joined the battle in support of Palestine and its Resistance, announcing that the group carried out its first strikes on US bases.
Over half a dozen operations took place against American military bases in the past four days. The Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for targeting the bases of Ain al Asad and Harir in Iraqi Kurdistan, as well as al Tanf and Conoco bases in Syria.
Meanwhile, Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces chief Faleh al-Fayyad said in an interview for Al Mayadeen on Saturday that Iraq will carry out "all duties toward the Palestinians, at the level of aid or military-wise."

Over the past several days, the IOF has been engaging in an exchange of back-and-forth missiles with Lebanon's movement of resistance, Hezbollah.
According to the Resistance group's deputy chief, the operations in southern Lebanon come as part of Hezbollah's engagement in the war on Gaza, and the party will increase intervention as it sees fit, regardless of political pressure.
On the Yemeni front, a CNN report published on Thursday stated that a US Navy warship deployed in the Middle East intercepted several projectiles in the vicinity of the Yemeni coast.
According to the final Israeli estimations, several missiles fired from Yemen were headed toward the occupation entity, indicating that this could be a response to the massacres in Gaza.
