Russian poll: 76% of citizens trust Putin
New survey findings show the citizens' trust in Russian President Vladimir Putin.

A poll carried out by the Public Opinion Foundation for social studies showed that 76% of Russians trust President Vladimir Putin.
According to the results, 76% of those polled said they trust President Putin, while 15% said they "mostly do not trust" the president, and 9% showed difficulty answering the question.
In the meantime, 79% of the respondents said that Putin is fit for purpose, 12% held an opposite view, and 10% expressed difficulty answering the question.
The survey was conducted from May 13 to 15 and 1,500 people participated in the poll from more than 104 cities, towns, and villages in 53 Russian regions.
