It stressed that the continued direct presence of the US, UK, and Saudi forces in Al-Mahrah and the rest of the occupied provinces neither serve efforts to establish peace in Yemen nor regional and international security and stability.
This comes two days after the visit of the Commander of the US Fifth Fleet and the Combined Maritime Forces, Brad Cooper, and the US Ambassador to Yemen, to the governorate of Al-Mahrah.

The Sanaa government called on the occupying and aggressor countries to prove by deeds, not by propaganda media statements, their seriousness in bringing peace to all the Yemeni people, by leaving the lands and regions they occupy.
A few days ago, the leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi revealed that Washington had established military bases in the governorates of Hadhramout and Al-Mahrah in eastern Yemen.
Yemen's House of Representatives: United against occupiers
In the same context, the House of Representatives warned against US plans targeting the unity and sovereignty of Yemen, calling on the Yemeni people to confront, with all their vital force, these moves, and interferences in Yemeni affairs.
The House of Representatives demanded to stand united in the face of the invaders and occupiers and to be cautious, blaming the coalition of aggression and its mercenaries for tampering with the wealth of the Yemeni people and forfeiting the sovereignty, independence, and unity of Yemen and its territorial integrity.
In another context, the House of Representatives condemned the daily assaults and violations of the Palestinian people's lives, rights, and sanctities.
It strongly denounced "the Zionist statements and legislation that violate all international laws and agreements that criminalize killing, liquidation, and incitement," affirming the right of the Palestinian people to defend their rights and dignity and to establish their independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.
It pointed out that "the Zionist persistence and arrogance is a result of the failure of the countries of normalization and the loyalty to the occupying Zionist entity by the regimes affiliated with the sons of the Arab and Islamic nations."
The House of Representatives called on the international community, the United Nations, the Security Council, and their affiliated organizations and bodies to assume their humanitarian and moral responsibilities in "protecting the Palestinian people and stopping Zionist terrorism."
