The Yemeni Foreign Ministry in Sanaa on Sunday called on the Lebanese people to close ranks and set aside internal disputes in the face of Israeli aggression.
In a statement, the ministry stressed that “Lebanese national unity is the rock upon which all Israeli conspiracies are shattered.”
Support for Resistance
The ministry reaffirmed Yemen’s unwavering position in support of the Lebanese people and their Resistance in confronting "Israel’s" ongoing aggression.
It also paid tribute to the late Hezbollah Secretary-General martyred leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, noting that he “dedicated his life to resisting the Israeli occupier and defending the causes of the Ummah, foremost among them the Palestinian cause.”
The statement emphasized that "Israel’s" policy of assassinations “will only make the Resistance stronger, more steadfast, and more willing to sacrifice,” stressing that Yemenis will never forget Sayyed Nasrallah’s firm stance in support of their country since the start of the Saudi-led aggression.

Hezbollah’s resilience
The ministry concluded by saying that “Hezbollah today stands firmly on its feet despite the heavy sacrifices, and field realities confirm it will remain at the forefront in carrying the banner.”
The statement comes two days after massive demonstrations were held across Yemen, rejecting the genocide in Gaza and reaffirming Yemen’s continued solidarity with Palestine and its Resistance.
Participants in the rallies chanted slogans saluting the martyred Hezbollah leaders Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safieddine.
