Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said that “the border demarcation file experience was very rich and important for both Lebanon and the Resistance,” stressing that it is worthy of being carefully studied.

In a televised speech during the inauguration of a local exhibition, he declared that "all the exceptional and special measures and mobilization carried out by the Resistance for several months” are now over, “having completed the documents related to the file of maritime borders demarcation."

“What has taken place is a great victory for Lebanon as a state, people, and resistance, and the nominal details that accompanied the signing ceremony of the borders demarcation deal are clear proof that any mention of normalization is unfounded and a mere attempt to score points," Sayyed Nasrallah stressed.

He pointed out that "the negotiations on the demarcation file were all indirect, and the Lebanese and Israeli delegations never met under the same roof," adding that the document that Lebanon will keep does not bear an Israeli signature and “the officials in Lebanon made sure not to reflect any insinuation of normalization."

In his speech, Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that the deal "is not an international treaty and it is in no way a recognition of Israel, which admits that it has not obtained any security guarantees.”

"Lebanon has achieved an important step that will put forth a new stage," according to Hezbollah Secretary-General.

Earlier today, Deputy Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Elias Bou Saab announced that Lebanese President Michel Aoun had signed Lebanon's receipt and approval of the US letter regarding the demarcation of Lebanon's Southern maritime border.

Lebanese President Michel Aoun also stressed today that the issue of demarcating the maritime borders with "Israel" is technical and does not have any political dimensions.

Whoever is directing the riots in Iran is the same side that sent those murderers to Shiraz: Sayyed Nasrallah

Hezbollah Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, extended his deepest condolences to Ayatollah Khamenei and the Iranian people over the tragic incident perpetrated by ISIS in the city of Shiraz in Iran yesterday, which led to multiple deaths and injuries.

In a speech during the opening of a local exhibition, Sayyed Nasrallah said, "This incident in Iran should be an additional reason for more awareness and insight among the peoples of our region, especially in Iran."

He added, "Everybody knows who was behind the safe transition of many ISIS leaders from Syria and Iraq to Afghanistan," noting that "after ISIS fulfilled its duty in Syria and Iraq, it is now carrying out a US agenda through its new positioning in Afghanistan."

Sayyed Nasrallah indicated that "we must grow more aware and insightful about the importance of the greater jihad that many people carried out in our region," stressing that “Iran was the strongest supporter in this greater Jihad, which the martyrs Soleimani and Al-Muhandis were among its leaders.”

“Be fully aware that whoever is directing the riots in Iran is the same side that sent those murderers to Shiraz, and there is one black room, and it is run by America with the aim of targeting the steadfast and authentic regime that embodies a great hope for all the peoples of the region,” Sayyed Nasrallah said.

The Lebanese Resistance leader saluted the heroic freedom fighters in the occupied West Bank and Al-Quds and hailed the martyrs of Palestine, spearheaded by Uday Al-Tamimi, as well as the Lions’ Den and Jenin Brigade that have been giving the Israeli entity a hard time in the past few weeks.

Regarding the resistance in the occupied West Bank, Hezbollah Secretary-General said, "The fact that the enemy is admitting that half of its army is now deployed in the northern West Bank bears great significance," explaining that this Resistance gives hope that the equations concerning the Palestinian people will be changed.
