Sheikh Jarrah residents confront Ben-Gvir
The Israeli occupation and settlers continue to provoke residents of Sheikh Jarrah Neighborhood in occupied Al-Quds.
On Wednesday, the Palestinians in Sheikh Jarrah Neighborhood in occupied Al-Quds confronted the provocations of the Israeli occupation Knesset member Itamar Ben-Gvir, who stormed the neighborhood and tried to provoke the solidarity activists.
One of the Palestinians told Ben-Gvir, "I am the owner of the land here!"
For the third day now, settlers protected by occupation forces have continued to provoke the residents and prevent students, workers, and residents from entering or leaving the village of Lubban Al-Sharqiya.
Al-Quds network reported that Ben-Gvir continued to provoke the residents.
Khitam al-Birous from Al-Quds said after her arrest this morning in Sheikh Jarrah that "we do not fear arrests, threats or beatings."
Two days ago, the Israeli occupation forces assaulted Palestinians in Sheikh Jarrah, including Mohammad Al-Ajlouni, who has special needs (Down Syndrome).
A video widely circulated on social media showed a number of Israeli soldiers arresting the young man, who looked absolutely panicked.
After the assault, Al-Ajlouni was taken to the hospital, while two women who were trying to release him from the forces suffered bruising to their arms.
On Wednesday, celebrations were held to celebrate the return of Al-Ajlouni from the hospital after the occupation's assault.
Sheikh Jarrah Neighborhood has witnessed continuous brutal attacks by Israeli settlers under the guard of the Israeli occupation forces during which Palestinians were forcibly evacuated, brutally beaten, and arbitrarily arrested.
Tensions have been soaring in Sheikh Jarrah for years due to the Israeli attempts to forcefully displace Palestinian families, with "Tel Aviv" claiming their land is owned by the Israeli occupation.
In response to these provocations, a Palestinian teacher said, "We will continue to stand against the occupation and its settlers' attempts to seize lands in the village of Al-Lubban al-Sharqiya, and we are continuing our educational path despite everything."
Mourning martyred 14-year-old
A strike took place today in Beit Lahm in mourning of Mohammad Shehadeh, who was killed by Israeli occupation forces in cold blood yesterday.
He was shot by Israeli occupation bullets in the town of Al-Khader, west of Beit Lahm in the occupied West Bank.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that Shehadeh was shot by an Israeli sniper and the occupation still has not handed his body to his family.

The media office of the Resistance Committees in Palestine condemned the killing of Shehadeh, articulating that the blood of the martyred child will remain a stain on the record of the criminal Zionist occupier and a beacon for the paths of liberation and return.
The statement added that the crime of Mohammad's execution is yet another added to the record of the Zionist enemy's crimes against the Palestinian people and a true expression of its criminality.
