Participants held banners that read "Resistance against the occupation is a human right," "Stop the Palestinian genocide," "Israel bombs hospitals, Biden funds it," "Biden, we will remember in November [of 2024)]," "Stop the war."

Dozens of activist groups joined the protest such as Jewish Voice for Peace, ANSWER Coalition, Code Pink, and others.

The demonstration is being covered by several foreign media outlets. Many participants, including those from Turkey, Tunisia, and Egypt, fly flags representing their home nations in opposition to the ongoing events in Gaza.

The rally is expected to move towards the White House and last for nearly two hours.

The Israeli occupation continues to bombard residential areas, hospitals, ambulances, UN schools, as well as vital infrastructure in the Gaza Strip amid a stifling blockade that has banned the entry of vital resources, such as fuel, food, and medicine, with the health sector being seriously jeopardized by the stifling siege.

On Friday, Pro-Palestine protesters stopped a ship docked at the Port of Oakland from leaving with weapons supplies for “Israel” on Friday.

Social media videos have circulated showing some of the protesters physically putting their bodies on the ladder of the ship to stop it from undocking.

By the 29th day of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, the number of martyrs has reached 9,488, including 3,900 children and 2,509 women, as per the Gaza Ministry of Health. Additionally, there are 24,158 wounded individuals, with approximately 2,000 people still trapped under the debris, including 1,250 children.

Gaza Health Ministry spokesperson Ashraf Al-Qudra confirmed that "Israel" has committed a total of 1,006 massacres against Palestinian families, including 10 major massacres, leading to the tragic loss of 231 lives in the past few hours.

Biden complacent with Israeli crimes because of his interests: FT

The United States was not going to go against the Israeli occupation in light of its aggression on Gaza, Aaron David Miller wrote in The Financial Times, as the Biden administration is offering aid to the Israeli occupation on both the military and media fronts.

The Biden administration has been unequivocally supportive of the Israeli occupation since day one, dispatching aircraft carriers to the Eastern Mediterranean and sending tens of billions of dollars to arm its ally.

US President Joe Biden is giving his ally, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, too much wiggle room, as Washington's interests in the Middle East are heavily reliant on "Israel", and the premier knows that. Biden is offering aid to Netanyahu at a time of war no matter the cost, as he cannot take risks on "Israel", according to the report.

According to the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace senior fellow, the Biden administration has been curbing the Israeli occupation on numerous fronts, including when it comes to carrying out a pre-emptive strike on Lebanon, the Qatari-mediated efforts to free captives, and allowing for humanitarian aid to make its way into Gaza through the Rafah border crossing with Egypt.
