Russia downs 6 Ukrainian UAVs, jams 3 over Crimea

Earlier on Tuesday, Russia’s Ministry of Defense announced that a terrorist attempt by the Ukrainian forces on Crimea using 28 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) was thwarted, which comes in the wake of news that Ukraine had been behind the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge a day before.

According to the Ministry, Russian forces executed high-precision strikes on objects in Odessa where unmanned boats were being prepared by Ukraine against Russia, and their places of their manufacturing were also destroyed.

In retaliation, naval-based weapons were used to destroy fuel storage facilities in the areas of Odessa and Nikolaev, with a total volume of almost 70 thousand tons which supply Ukraine's military with fuel. The MoD confirmed that fires and detonations were recorded, and all targets were destroyed.

On Wednesday, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Russian forces have advanced one kilometer into the frontline in the region of Kharkov as the Ukrainian counteroffensive continues to amass losses, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday.

Furthermore, the ministry announced that Russian forces killed more than 340 Ukrainian troops and destroyed 15 pieces of military equipment in the 24 hours in the Donetsk region.

Moreover, the Russian military said that it hit military facilities in the port city of Odessa, saying, "At night Russia's armed forces carried out a group strike with long-range precision-guided air-launched weapons against military industrial facilities, infrastructure for fuel, and ammunition depots of the Ukrainian armed forces near the city of Odessa."
