The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Monday the execution of two military operations against Israeli occupation targets in Eilat and Tel Aviv.
Spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree stated that the YAF's missile force employed a Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile with multiple warheads, striking sensitive sites in occupied Yafa [Tel Aviv]. He confirmed the strike was highly effective, sending waves of Israeli settlers scrambling for shelter.
In a parallel operation, the Yemeni air force deployed two drones to hit vital Israeli facilities in Umm al-Rashrash [Eilat], in southern occupied Palestine.
“These operations were carried out in direct retaliation for the ongoing Israeli aggression against Yemen and in support of the Palestinian people and their resistance,” Saree said.
He added that they also served as a response to “Israel’s” genocidal war and escalation against Gaza.
Saree stressed that the only path forward for Arabs and Muslims is to resist and remain steadfast in the face of the Israeli occupation, while mobilizing all resources in support of Palestine.
Reiterating Yemen’s position, the Yemeni Armed Forces vowed to continue fulfilling their religious, humanitarian, and moral duty until the aggression is halted and the blockade on Gaza is lifted.
Saree confirms hypersonic strike targeted IOF in Yafa
Last week, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Thursday that they carried out a military operation against several Israeli targets in occupied Palestine using a Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile.
In a statement delivered by Saree, the forces confirmed that the strike achieved its objectives, including halting movement at the Ben Gurion Airport.
