The Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF) launched a hypersonic ballistic missile at the Israeli Ben Gurion Airport in occupied Yafa, in a decisive response and rejection of the ongoing genocide committed by the Israeli enemy in the Gaza Strip.
According to YAF spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the operation successfully struck its target, forcing millions of settlers into shelters and halting airport operations for nearly an hour.
The statement further stated that faced with the urgent developments in Gaza, marked by the continued genocide, daily massacres, and famine due to the suffocating siege, and confronted with the failure and betrayal of Arab and Islamic nations, the Yemeni Armed Forces, alongside all free peoples of the Ummah, assume a profound religious, moral, and humanitarian responsibility.
The Yemeni Armed Forces further vowed to intensify and expand their military actions to stop the aggression and lift the siege. Their military operations, including imposing an air navigation blockade on Ben Gurion Airport and naval blockades in the Red and Arabian Seas, will continue until these goals are achieved, Saree confirmed.
9 operations in a week, firm Gaza support unchanged: Sayyed al-Houthi
The leader of Yemen's Ansar Allah movement, Sayyed Abdul Malik al-Houthi, announced that the operations in support of Gaza have reached nine this week, carried out with hypersonic and ballistic missiles as well as drones, noting that one of the Yemeni operations coincided with a speech delivered by US President Donald Trump in Saudi Arabia during his visit to the Middle East.
He emphasized that "among the most important operations was the strike on Lydd Airport (Ben Gurion Airport)," part of their sustained campaign to establish an air blockade against the occupation, reaffirming their determination to achieve this goal.
The Yemeni leader reiterated that Israeli navigation in the Red Sea, the Bab al-Mandab Strait, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea remains banned.
He also affirmed that Yemen's stance in supporting Gaza has never wavered or weakened, remaining steadfast as always, while calling on the Yemeni people to turn out in massive numbers tomorrow, Friday, for million-strong rallies in Sanaa and other provinces, raising their voices loudly in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
