The Yemeni Ansar Allah movement's relations with Russia, China, and the BRICS countries are improving with the aim of ending the United States global hegemony, member of Ansar Allah's Political Bureau, Ali al-Qahoum posted on X.

"There is continuous building and development in relations between Yemen, Russia, China, and the BRICS countries, exchanging experiences and expertise in various fields," al-Qahoum said.

"This serves a common interest to let America, Britain, and the West sink in the quagmire of the Red Sea and the high seas, so that their unilateral polarity sinks, fades, and weakens," he explained.

Al-Qahoum pointed out that "this is not just an analysis but a stark reality," pointing to the Yemeni Armed Forces' quintessential role in supporting the Palestinian people and their Resistance in the Gaza Strip, which has "firmly established [a new] equation in the Red Sea."

The Yemeni official said that these actions have resulted in "military, security, political, and economic gains" for Yemen.

He said that under the leadership of Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, Sanaa has been able to achieve unprecedented goals "to the extent that major powers are now knocking on its doors, coordinating, and building on par relations with it."

Al-Qahoum stressed that these developments will prepare "for historical the defeat of America, Britain, and the West, leading to the collapse of the colonial project and Western hegemony in the region and the world."

Yemen steadfast in support of Palestine

Under the pretext of securing international maritime trading routes, the US-British aggression has carried out 35 airstrikes on Yemen since the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, with most of the strikes targeting the province of Hodeidah on the Red Sea coast in western Yemen, according to an Al Mayadeen's tally.

However, these strikes have not deterred the Yemeni Armed Forces from targeting Israeli, American, and British-affiliated ships in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea.

Ansar Allah's rise to the international pedestal comes as the group answered the calls of Palestinians being massacred by Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip gradually expanding the scope of its confrontation. Recently, the Yemeni Armed Forces, responding to the directives of Sayyed al-Houthi, expanded their operations to the Indian Ocean, aiming to cut off Israeli vessels using the Indian Ocean - Cape of Good Hope route, which circles the African continent in order to reach the Mediterranean.
