In an interview with Al Mayadeen, Hamas' representative in Lebanon, Ahmad Abdel Hadi, said that the Israeli occupation "utilized all its criminal power, from artillery to its Air Force, to carry out its massacre in Nuseirat."

Abdel Hadi ascertained that "If the enemy thought it could pressure our leadership before they submit their negotiation proposal, then it is delusional." He then reiterated that Netanyahu and his extremist coalition are prolonging the war for their personal interests.

He also noted that Hamas cannot abandon its demands, and that "What the occupation could not achieve in confrontations, it also cannot achieve in politics."

On the state of the occupation, Abdel Hadi affirmed that there was an internal crisis in "Israel" after its apparatus failed to achieve any objective throughout its aggression, adding that "There is a madness and craze in the occupation, and it does not have any plan other than proceeding with its massacres."

Second phase of Gaza deal will be in our favor: Senior Hamas official

Commenting on the Israeli claims and talks of retrieving the captives, Abdel Hadi said he was not concerned with the Israeli narrative but was rather waiting for the Resistance's narrative. At the same time, the Hamas official said "If it were true, then retrieving four captives after eight months does not count as an achievement."

Abdel Hadi then stated that Israeli deterrence collapsed and shattered when its "criminal reality was exposed".

Dozens of martyrs in Israeli bombardment of Nuseirat refugee camp

The Israeli occupation forces launched on Saturday numerous airstrikes on the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, an Al Mayadeen correspondent reported, adding that the intense bombardment resulted in dozens of casualties, with many martyrs and injured being brought to al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

According to the correspondent, dozens of Israeli rockets targeted civilian homes in Nuseirat camp. Many women and children are among the casualties being transported to the al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital using animal-drawn carts and private vehicles due to the dire circumstances of the healthcare system

There are reports of many dead and wounded who have not yet been reached by ambulances. According to the Gaza Health Ministry, the death toll from the bombardment currently stands at 60 and is expected to continue rising. However, our correspondent has reported upwards of 80 martyrs.

According to Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza, an Israeli special force had infiltrated Nuseirat Camp. Upon the force's discovery by the Resistance, heavy confrontations ensued. According to our correspondent, it was the discovery of the force that led to this heavy Israeli shelling and the massacre in the camp.
