Al Mayadeen's correspondent in southern Lebanon reported that the Israeli military is continuing its attacks on Lebanon, with artillery shelling two homes on the outskirts of Bint Jbeil, marking a fresh breach of the ceasefire.

Our correspondent also noted that Israeli armored vehicles advanced towards Maroun al-Ras from the direction of Bint Jbeil, conducting a sweep of the area. Additionally, invading Israeli forces carried out a search operation in the neighborhoods of Mays al-Jabal.

The Israeli army also shelled the outskirts of Burj al-Muluk in southern Lebanon with artillery fire.

Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over the northern Bekaa Valley in eastern Lebanon, extending as far as Tripoli.

This comes as the Israeli occupation forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement reached with Lebanon on November 27, moving troops and vehicles within Lebanese towns and villages and carrying out several airstrikes, killing and injuring several people.

Hezbollah MP: Is US incapable of stopping 'Israel's' violations?

Lebanese MP Hussein Hajj Hassan, a member of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, emphasized Hezbollah's strength and resilience, stating, "Hezbollah is strong enough at all levels."

In an interview for Al Mayadeen on Sunday, Hajj Hassan stressed that some parties "are crossing the line with us, and our message is that no one can deal with us from a position of coercion." He further asserted, "Hezbollah is strong and cohesive, and its leadership and popular base can absorb all shocks."

Hajj Hassan highlighted public support for Hezbollah, referring to the daily martyrdom processions as "a referendum on Hezbollah's presence and its unaffected base of popular support."

Wafiq Safa, head of Hezbollah's Coordination and Liaison Unit, earlier underlined that Hezbollah was "stronger and more resilient than steel" and "more powerful than ever before, as witnessed by the enemy."

In his first media appearance after the war on Lebanon, Safa stated that Hezbollah is "ready for all challenges," and "will stand with the people, behind them, and on the ground" to rebuild what was destroyed during the Israeli aggression.

"We have always stood and will continue to stand with the people of resistance, protecting them from any harm internally, and there will be no possibility for anyone to break our morale," he added, reassuring everyone that there is no need for concern.

Addressing Israeli provocations in southern Lebanon, Hajj Hassan accused the US of enabling these violations and covering them up, questioning, "Is the US incapable of stopping Israel's actions that have gone too far?" He also held the US, France, and the United Nations responsible for monitoring and addressing these breaches.

He directed a pointed remark at "Lebanese sovereignty" advocates, i.e. domestic parties and voices opposed to Hezbollah and the Resistance, asking, "Have you not noticed that the occupation has committed 816 violations in less than 60 days?"

Regarding Israeli media leaks suggesting the potential continued presence of Israeli occupation forces in border villages, Hajj Hassan said, "If they stay, Hezbollah will decide the appropriate response at the right time, as the Secretary-General has said."
