1 Palestinian martyr in Balata camp as IOF storm West Bank cities
Resistance fighters confront Israeli occupation forces storming several cities and camps across the occupied West Bank.
Palestinian media reported late Friday that 30-year-old Palestinian Hamza Ibrahim Bishkar, from the Askar refugee camp in Nablus, was martyred by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire over an alleged stabbing operation at the Hawara checkpoint.
Israeli occupation forces stormed several areas in the occupied West Bank early Saturday. Palestinian resistance fighters confronted the Israeli incursions by engaging in gunfire and planting locally-made explosive devices.
Sources told Al Mayadeen that IOF stormed Balata camp and the town of Beita in Nablus and spread out in their vicinity, simultaneously with reinforcements from Beit Furik, Awarta, and Hawara. Israeli forces, accompanied by a military bulldozer, surrounded the Balata camp from all sides and deployed snipers in surrounding buildings.

Meanwhile, using the military bulldozers, IOF obstructed the work of ambulance vehicles in the camp, and damaged infrastructure, destroying cars and properties belonging to residents. They also raided several houses and conducted searches before withdrawing at 3:00 am.
Furthermore, Israeli occupation forces bulldozed a residential building on Amman Street in Nablus amid a large deployment of military reinforcements into the city.
The incursions coincided with armed confrontations between Palestinian Resistance fighters and the occupation soldiers. The Resistance also detonated locally-made explosive devices against the storming forces.

In addition, two young men were injured by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire this evening during an incursion into the Ein camp west of Nablus, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.
The Palestinian Red Crescent stated that its teams provided field treatment to a man injured by live bullet shrapnel in his hand during the storming of Ein camp.
In a related context, three Palestinians were wounded by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire during an incursion into the western area of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank, Palestinian media reported on Friday.

It was confirmed that intense armed confrontations erupted between Resistance fighters and Israeli forces inside the Ein refugee camp in Nablus. Resistance fighters confronted the storming forces, who eventually withdrew from the camp after confiscating a vehicle, with Molotov cocktails.
This comes as the Israeli occupation escalates its violent aggression on the occupied West Bank, as part of the comprehensive attack against the Palestinian people, and in parallel with the genocidal war being waged against the people of Gaza, which has now crossed the 70-day mark.
During a 3-consecutive day of aggression on Jenin that started early Tuesday, 11 Palestinians were martyred, dozens wounded and hundreds were detained.
A failed assassination
Earlier today, Israeli occupation forces attempted to assassinate a group of Palestinian Resistance fighters through missiles launched from a drone in the city of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
An eyewitness told Al Mayadeen that an explosion was heard at six o'clock this morning, followed by another explosion.
"It turned out that an Israeli occupation forces drone targeted one of the cars with a missile on Amman Street, and then pursued it," he said. "As soon as the car reached Balata Camp, it was targeted with a second missile, causing two explosions in front of and behind it," noting that it was "a direct operation targeting the car."
4,400 Palestinians detained in West Bank since Oct. 7
The occupation entity continued its massive arrest campaign in the occupied West Bank, detaining 16 Palestinians from the governorates of Tubas, Qalqilya, Nablus, al-Khalil, and occupied al-Quds early this morning.
The organizations involved in Palestinian prisoners' affairs in the occupied West Bank revealed on Tuesday that the Israeli occupation forces have been ramping up their arrest campaign in the wake of the Resistance's operation on October 7 and the launching of the savage war on Gaza.
Lower estimates from data collected by appropriate organizations suggest that at least 4,400 Palestinians were arrested all over the occupied West Bank, with many, at least 1,000, from al-Khalil.
