The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced that "air defenses dealt with a ballistic missile launched from Yemen," after air raid sirens sounded in Tel Aviv and across large areas of the occupied Palestinian territories.
Israeli media reported that air traffic to and from Ben Gurion Airport was halted due to air raid sirens and the detection of a missile from Yemen. The Israeli military later announced that it had intercepted the missile.

The Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF) announced a successful missile strike on Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv on Thursday, temporarily halting flights and triggering a wave of panic across the occupied territories.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, confirmed that a Zulfiqar ballistic missile was launched at the airport as part of a special military operation.
He stated that the strike achieved its objective, grounding air traffic for nearly an hour and sending "millions of settlers" fleeing to shelters, adding that the operation was executed in direct response to the ongoing massacres committed in Gaza.
Following the missile launch, air raid sirens were heard in occupied al-Quds, while Israeli media reported a large explosion in central "Israel."
