Fourteen Palestinians were martyred and several others were injured on Wednesday in the Israeli bombardment of the al-Salatin neighborhood of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza and around the Sheikh Radwan Market in western Gaza City.

In detail, eight Palestinians were killed and others were injured as a result of the Israeli bombardment in the al-Salatin neighborhood of Beit Lahia, while five civilians were killed and around 20 others, most of whom are children, were injured in the attacks around Sheikh Radwan Market in western Gaza City.

Several Palestinians were also injured as a result of Israeli artillery shelling targeting a civilian gathering east of the al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.

Medical sources told the Palestinian WAFA agency that over 1,250 people have been martyred in the ongoing intense aggression of the occupation against northern Gaza over the past weeks.

Five Israeli massacres in 24 hours

Over the past 24 hours, the Israeli occupation committed five massacres against Palestinian civilians and families across the Gaza Strip.

102 martyrs and 287 injuries were transported to the very few partially functioning hospitals across the enclave, while countless others remain trapped beneath the rubble amid the continuous bombardment and the obstruction of rescue operations.

This brings the total death toll in Gaza on the 390th day of the genocide to 43,163 martyrs and 101,510 injuries.

This comes after the spokesperson for Gaza's Civil Defense, Mahmoud Basal, said that there have been urgent calls for Civil Defense teams to head to the massacre's location. However, he reiterated that there are no longer Civil Defense or medical services in northern Gaza.

Yesterday, the Israeli occupation forces committed a horrific massacre in Beit Lahia, resulting in 93 martyrs and about 40 still missing under the rubble, along with dozens of injuries, following its bombardment of a five-story residential building.

The Government Media Office in Gaza confirmed that the occupation military committed this heinous massacre knowing that the targeted residential building housed more than 200 civilians, mostly children and women, displaced from their residential neighborhoods.
