BREAKING
Sheikh Qassem: Our supporters make up more than half of Lebanon's population, and all of these people are united under the banner of protecting Lebanon, its Resistance, its people, and its integrity.
Sheikh Qassem: There will be no phased handing in of our arms. [The Israelis] must first enact the agreement before we start talking about a defensive strategy.
Sheikh Qassem: Be brave in the face of foreign pressures, and we will be by your side in this stance.
Sheikh Qassem: Stripping us of our arms is like stripping us of our very soul, and this will prompt us to show them our might.
Sheikh Qassem: We will not abandon our arms, for they gave us dignity; we will not abandon our arms, for they protect us against our enemy.
Sheikh Qassem: The US efforts we are seeing are aimed at sabotaging Lebanon and constitute a call for sedition.
Sheikh Qassem: If you truly want to establish sovereignty and work for Lebanon’s interests, then stop the aggression.
Sheikh Qassem: The United States, which is meddling in Lebanon, is not trustworthy but rather poses a danger to it.
Sheikh Qassem: The United States is preventing the weapons that protect the homeland.
Sheikh Qassem: The government’s latest decision [on the disarmament of the Resistance] is non-charter-based, and if the government continues down this path, it is not faithful to Lebanon’s sovereignty.

Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, leader of Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement, has warned that the Israeli strikes on the Islamic Republic of Iran constitute a dangerous escalation that could ignite a wider regional war. In a televised address on Thursday, Sayyed al-Houthi accused the United States of waging a campaign of “strategic deception”, using Iran’s nuclear program as a pretext for aggression.

“The West has used the nuclear issue as a pretense for its attack, although many states, including the United States, possess nuclear weapons and have, in fact, used them,” al-Houthi said.

He emphasized that Iran’s nuclear activity remains within peaceful bounds, reaffirming Iranian Leader Sayyed Ali Khamenei's religious edict against weapons of mass destruction.

In contrast, he argued, the Israeli occupation, “a criminal entity acting with impunity," should be the first to face nuclear disarmament.

'Iran’s response has Israel in vulnerable position'

Sayyed Al-Houthi praised Iran’s military retaliation against the Israeli occupation, describing it as a historic and consequential moment that placed "Israel" in a state of unprecedented vulnerability.

“Iran is not a submissive state under Western control; it is an independent, sovereign nation building an Islamic renaissance rooted in self-determination,” he declared.

He highlighted Iran’s internal unity in the face of aggression, saying it had strengthened the country’s resilience and denied its enemies the strategic leverage they sought.

In response to US President Donald Trump’s remarks calling for Iran’s “unconditional surrender", al-Houthi dismissed the comment as both absurd and unserious.

“It’s nonsense and buffoonery. Iran is a powerful and deeply rooted nation, unlike the illegitimate Zionist entity,” he stressed.

Ansar Allah leader urges Islamic unity, resistance to US pressure

Ansar Allah's chief emphasized that Arab and Islamic nations must reject submission to the United States, warning that Washington is actively working to align its positions with those of the Israeli occupation. He called on the Muslim world to prioritize unity, deepen cooperation, and build collective strength rooted in shared values and interests.

“Arab and Islamic countries must not submit to the United States, as it seeks to sway their position in favor of the Israeli stance,” he stated, urging renewed efforts to foster solidarity and empowerment across the Islamic world.

He also urged Arab countries whose airspace has been violated, chief among them Iraq, to take concrete steps to prevent further Israeli airspace trespassing, warning that such breaches constitute acts of aggression against their sovereignty. The Yemeni Resistance leader pointed out that the Israeli occupation has violated the airspace of Jordan, Syria, and Iraq, and stressed the importance of confronting these transgressions, even if only through diplomatic firmness.

“Some countries claim they do not want to be part of this conflict, but when their airspace is open to Israeli aircraft, then they have not upheld the neutrality they profess,” he said.

Iran’s counterstrike 'one of the most significant operations'

Referring to Iran’s military response on Thursday, Sayyed al-Houthi described the operation as one of the most impactful to date, saying it had inflicted considerable damage on "Israel’s" military capabilities, intelligence networks, and weapons development infrastructure.

“The Israeli enemy is reeling from the consequences and is now attempting to distort the truth,” he said.
He condemned Western governments for offering “blatant and shameless” support to "Israel" despite its acts of aggression.

Shared struggle of the Axis of Resistance

Drawing a connection between the Israeli genocide in Gaza and the strikes on Iran, al-Houthi underscored the shared struggle of the Axis of Resistance.

“The battle from Gaza to Iran is one, the cause is one, and the nation is one,” he said, warning that the West’s real objective is the domination of the Muslim world. He added that Iran is being targeted because of its steadfast support for the Palestinian cause.

He went on to accuse the Israeli occupation of committing genocide in Gaza, deliberately targeting civilians and aid distribution centers.

“The enemy has turned aid centres into execution sites and death traps,” Sayyed al-Houthi emphasized.

This refers to the daily harrowing massacres in which "Israel" carries out mass killings of starving Palestinians waiting for food aid. The killings reportedly occur near a facility operated by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), a controversial aid mechanism established under US sponsorship and directly coordinated with Israeli occupation forces. The GHF has become a centerpiece of a new, militarized aid model imposed after "Israel" partially eased its three-month siege. However, this model has increasingly been linked to mass killings, sparking outrage from humanitarian organizations and Palestinians alike.

He also warned against ongoing Israeli provocations at al-Aqsa Mosque, including its closure to worshippers and its militarization, describing these actions as part of a broader colonial agenda.

“These are extremely dangerous moves aimed at advancing their aggressive objectives while the world is distracted,” he concluded.

Yemen's unwavering support

The leader of Ansar Allah reaffirmed Yemen’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people, the free peoples of the Ummah, and the Islamic Republic in their shared struggle against the Israeli enemy.

“Our military operations against the Israeli enemy are ongoing, and the blockade on its maritime navigation continues and is fully controlled within the operational theatre,” he declared.

He further emphasized that the mass mobilization of the Yemeni people is not merely a gesture of solidarity with Palestine but also a vital force contributing to Yemen’s strength, resilience, and progress.
