Naim emphasized that the events of the past two days—such as the attack on medical and civil defense personnel, the arrests and killings of some, and the destruction of Kamal Adwan Hospital's capabilities—constitute "a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law."
He underlined that the Israeli occupation would not have committed these crimes without ensuring its immunity and protection of Western countries and their provision of "everything necessary to continue the genocide."
The Hamas official stressed that the Palestinian people are demanding immediate intervention to stop these crimes and implement the international will, represented by Security Council resolution 2735, to stop the aggression, withdraw the occupation forces, lift the siege, and procure legitimate Palestinian rights.
He also stressed that the people will "neither forgive nor forget those who committed these crimes and those who supported them," adding that there will be "no security, stability or prosperity in the region without our people achieving their full rights, foremost of which is their independent state with al-Quds as its capital."
'Extremely tragic' situation in northern Gaza: ICRC
Stephanie Eller, deputy director of the International Committee of the Red Cross ICRC sub-delegation in Gaza, reported that the situation in the northern Gaza Strip was "extremely tragic", noting that continued evacuation orders and restrictions on the delivery of vital supplies had forced the remaining civilians in northern Gaza to face appalling conditions.
ICRC teams were recently in the north of Gaza and saw firsthand the devastating humanitarian situation civilians are experiencing.

Eller explained that hospitals have been ordered to evacuate, leading to a shortage of medical services for many, and urged the protection of civilians and the respect of medical facilities.
She emphasized that ICRC teams in Gaza are unable to reach the north and reported horrific reports from those who managed to escape the northern Strip and are now on the streets with nothing left to survive.
The ICRC official stressed that all parties must take the necessary precautions to ensure the protection of civilians and health infrastructure, underlining that more needs to be done to ensure safe access to humanitarian aid.
Following the Israeli attack on Iran on Friday, the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expressed being "profoundly concerned," about the current situation, citing that all acts of "escalation are condemnable and must stop."
The Secretary-General urgently reiterated his call to all parties to halt all military activities, especially in Gaza and Lebanon, make every effort to avoid an all-out regional conflict, and return to the road of negotiation.

'Israel' kills two children amid hospital siege, oxygen station strike
Gaza's Health Ministry reported that two Palestinian children died at the last operational hospital in the northern part of the territory following an Israeli raid on the facility.
In a statement released Friday evening, the Ministry confirmed that the two children, who were in the intensive care unit, passed away after the generators at Kamal Adwan Hospital stopped working and Israeli forces targeted the hospital's oxygen station.
"Two children have died in the intensive care unit after the hospital's generators failed and the oxygen station was targeted," the statement read. The Ministry further stated that Israeli forces "are searching the hospital and shooting inside the various departments."
Additionally, the statement highlighted the destruction of three ambulances and a transport vehicle, severely disrupting relief and evacuation efforts.
"The solar-powered electricity system has also been destroyed, exacerbating the crisis," the Ministry stressed.
According to the Health Ministry, 195 patients and wounded individuals are currently at the hospital, alongside 70 medical staff. The statement also confirmed that three nurses and a cleaner were injured during the attack.
Furthermore, the Ministry reported that around 600 people were inside the hospital, many of whom were detained by invading Israeli forces.
