IOF raid Shuafat camp, target Al-Tamimi household
Israeli forces enforce a blockade on the Shuafat refugee camp in occupied Al Quds, with many residents being unable to leave for urgent medical treatment and many basic supplies running low.
Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed the Shuafat refugee camp, occupied Al-Quds early on Tuesday. Simultaneously, confrontations erupted during which IOF fired rubber bullets and tear gas canisters at Palestinian youths.
Local witnesses reported that more than 700 heavily-equipped Israeli soldiers from all divisions stormed the Shuafat refugee camp via military checkpoint and the gate of Dahiyat Al-Salam neighborhood. Afterward, Israeli soldiers have been deployed in different sites most notably in Dahiyat Al-Salam, Ras Khamis, and Ras Shehadeh neighborhoods.

The Israeli occupation forces raided and besieged house of Al-Tamimi family. Furthermore, IOF have also raided several shops and houses in neighboring areas.
Meanwhile, Israeli engineering teams took measurements of Al-Tamimi home in preparation for its demolition.
Residents of the Shuafat refugee camp in occupied Al Quds have been trapped in the area for three days, with some unable to leave for critical medical treatment and many basic supplies running low as Israeli forces enforce a blockade.

It is also worth mentioning that the Shuafat camp checkpoint is also experiencing severe traffic jams as workers, employees, and students try to get to their workplaces, schools, and universities.
Local residents confirmed that inspection procedures are lengthy and complicated.
In addition, the occupation forces closed the entrance to Anata shortly after it was opened yesterday.
IOF locked off the camp in retaliation for a shooting attack that targeted the Shuafat military checkpoint in occupied Al-Quds.
The Palestinian has been allegedly identified as Udi Tamimi, a 22-year-old Palestinian resident of Shuafat.

The Israeli media outlets revealed that a speeding car approached the Shuafat camp checkpoint the passengers opened fire at the soldiers stationed at the place, wounding two Israeli soldiers and killing one. The car managed to exit the shooting site, and a search operation in pursuit of the shooters is underway.
This comes after the Israeli occupation forces killed in cold blood four Palestinians, including a 14-year-old boy, in the occupied West Bank in less than a week.
