'Israel's' response will not snowball into war: Israeli media
Israeli occupation cabinet officials claim that there is no intention to include Hezbollah in the ongoing events.
Israeli commentators suggest that although Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hints that the recent Israeli occupation's military aggression on the Gaza Strip has not ended, cabinet officials confirm that there is no intention to get Hezbollah involved in the ongoing events.
Israeli journalists cited Arab media sources as saying that the mediators informed the Palestinian factions that the Israeli bombing is a response to the rockets fired from Gaza a couple of days ago and that the Israeli occupation military has no intention of expanding the aggression.

Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper cited an Israeli political source as saying that "Israel's response will not snowball into war."
In the same context, some commentators and journalists recall an Israeli "Institute for National Security Studies" strategy paper, published in 2020, which talks about a shift in the approach of the resistance, specifically Hezbollah, describing it as "becoming more aggressive and reflecting a fundamental shift."
Journalists reported that the paper estimated that "Israel's" enemies no longer seek victory without inflicting massive damage on "Israel's" strategic infrastructure and military assets.

'Israel' will opt for the assassination of Resistance leaders
political affairs writer and analyst, Ahmed Abdel-Rahman, told Al Mayadeen that the Resistance's assessment indicates that "Israel" will opt for the option of the assassination of Resistance leaders.
He explained that a source in the Resistance anticipated deception by the Israeli occupation, whether in the Gaza Strip or Lebanon, whereby it intends to carry out the assassination of leading figures.
Abdel Rahman added that "Israel" is waiting for detailed information about what happened in northern occupied Palestine, stressing that it does not want any confrontation with Lebanon because it knows the capabilities of Hezbollah.

He added, "Things did not deviate from the previous rules of engagement," calling what happened “a moderate escalation” and adding, “Some may have thought that things would get out of control and cross red lines."
He stressed that "the Resistance has qualitative capabilities and can strike at a distance of 250 km, and Israel knows that."
The writer concluded that what happened today shook the image of Netanyahu and his coalition and exposed the weakness of the Israeli deterrence capacity, so the Israeli government has two options: either to respond, knowing that it may fail just as what happened during the battle of Seif Al-Quds, or not to go for a broad response; an option that may be crossed out due to the pressures of extremists in Netanyahu's coalition.
'Israel' launches aggression on Gaza, Palestinian Resistance responds

The Israeli aggression further pushes the region closer toward a wider confrontation following three days of provocative raids on Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Al-Quds, assaulting Palestinians who are stationed there as part of the religious practice of Itikaf, which is one of the acts of worship during the holy month of Ramadan.
In further detail, the occupation warplanes launched a series of raids on various Resistance sites in the Gaza Strip.
Local sources in Gaza affirmed to Al Mayadeen that all the sites that were targeted by the Israeli aggression are empty or have been evacuated.
Meanwhile, private sources told Al Mayadeen that the Resistance in Gaza has informed the mediators that any massive aggression against the Strip will be met with an unprecedented response.
Reports also confirmed that anti-aircraft missiles were launched at Israeli aircraft over the Gaza Strip.

Concurrently, the military wing of the Hamas movement Al-Qassam Brigades affirmed that Palestinian anti-aircraft missiles were launched at Israeli aircraft over the Gaza Strip.
Al Mayadeen correspondent further reported that shelters were opened in occupied Al-Quds, Asdod, and “Yavne”.
Israeli media reported that sirens were heard in the settlements of “Sderot”, “Nir Am”, and “Ibim”.
Palestinian Resistance ready to respond with full force to any Israeli aggression
Earlier, the Joint Room of the Palestinian Resistance factions confirmed its readiness to respond to any aggression that the Israeli occupation would carry out against Gaza.
"We affirm the readiness of the resistance to confront and respond with all force to any aggression, and to defend our people in all their places of existence," the Joint Room underlined in a statement, in light of the Israeli occupation's threats against the Resistance and the people in the Gaza Strip.
The Resistance factions warned the Israeli occupation against attacking the Palestinian people, calling on "the criminal enemy to stop its savage aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque" and the worshipers stationed inside it and to "stop the farce of exporting its internal crises towards our people and our sanctities."
