Ghobeiry Municipality head to Al Mayadeen: We stand firm, will rebuild
The Head of Ghobeiry's Municipality Council in the Southern Suburb of Beirut, Maan Al-Khalil, has condemned the Israeli airstrikes that have relentlessly targeted the area, revealing that 11 strikes have taken place in under 48 hours.
The Israeli occupation renewed its airstrikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut, targeting the Ghobeiry area.
Lebanon's National News Agency reported that two strikes were launched by an Israeli drone, followed by a third, highly intense bombing carried out by warplanes. The latter targeted the same area near the Ghobeiry municipality, causing significant destruction to a building.

In this context, the Head of Ghobeiry's Municipality Council, Maan Al-Khalil, stated that the number of airstrikes in the area has reached 11 in less than 48 hours.
In a statement to Al Mayadeen, al-Khalil detailed that the recent airstrikes targeted the vicinity of the municipality and Ghobeiry's main street, resulting in extensive damage to residential buildings and vital infrastructure.
Al-Khalil described these attacks as "an attempt to suffocate Lebanese civil society," but emphasized the unwavering resolve of the Lebanese people, stating, "We are steadfast and will endure. We will rebuild everything that the Israeli occupation has destroyed."
IOF commit massacres in South Lebanon, Bekaa, attacks Beirut's suburb
Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in Lebanon’s Bekaa region reported, on Thursday afternoon, that the death toll from an Israeli airstrike north of Baalbek has risen to 8, with 14 others wounded. Additionally, the Israeli occupation also struck the al-Sharawneh neighborhood, north of Baalbek.
In turn, Lebanon’s Public Health Emergency Operations Center confirmed that an Israeli airstrike on the al-Shaab neighborhood in Baalbek killed eight people, including five women, and injured 27 others, noting that the search and rescue teams also retrieved remains found on-site that are still pending identification.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that two Israeli raids targeted the town of Temnin in the Bekaa Valley, eastern Lebanon, killing three and injuring four. An Israeli airstrike on Sar'een killed one and injured five others.
A raid on Tarayya resulted in four injuries, while another raid targeted the vicinity of the town of Shaat, north of Baalbek district.
In an Israeli raid targeting a Civil Defense Center in Baalbek's Douris, eastern Lebanon, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that 12 were martyred, in addition to several injuries, noting that "the process of removing the rubble is still ongoing," according to the Governor of Baalbek-Hermel, Bashir Khodr.
The National News Agency in Baalbek reported that the raid on Douris led to the collapse of the Civil Defense Center and the destruction of the adjacent building,
Appeals were made for blood donation at Al-Abdullah Briaq Hospital.
30 martyrs in Bekaa
Al Mayadeen's correspondent later reported that 30 people were martyred and more than 30 were wounded in 13 raids that targeted several regions across Bekaa, with many people still reported missing.
In South Lebanon, the Israeli occupation carried out several raids targeting towns in the Tyre district, resulting in martyrs and injuries.
A strike on Bazouriyye killed three and another on Hanaway killed two. In Aitit, one was killed and three were injured in deliberate Israeli strikes targeting civilians. Qana also came under Israeli attacks, resulting in two martyrs and three injuries. Meanwhile, three were killed and 14 were injured in airstrikes on al-Bayyad, while two were injured in Chihine.
Six new Civil Defense martyrs
In another deliberate attack on Civil Defense personnel, 6 were martyred, including 4 paramedics, in an Israeli enemy raid on the town of Arabsalim, south of Lebanon
The Public Health Emergency Operations Center issued a statement on Thursday evening, announcing that the Israeli enemy's raid on Arabsalim targeted a new point of the Islamic Health Authority - Civil Defense Association, which led to the martyrdom of six people, including four paramedics.
The Ministry of Public Health condemned the crimes of the Israeli enemy against health workers and health facilities, stressing the responsibility of the international community to "put an end to war crimes, the number of which is increasing as the aggression continues."
Israeli warplanes launched raids targeting the towns of Zeita and Qennarit in the Saida district in South Lebanon, in addition to a series of raids targeting Nabatieh, after issuing threats to bomb it.
Furthermore, Israeli fighter jets broke the sound barrier over several Lebanese areas, and Israeli drones continue to conduct surveillance missions over Lebanese regions, including Beirut.
Israeli airstrikes on Beirut’s Southern Suburb
The Israeli offensive also targeted Beirut's Southern Suburb for the third consecutive day, with strikes reported in Chiah and Ghobeiry.
Chiah came under attack with four strikes, impacting Abdel Karim al-Khalil Street, Maroun Mesk Street, near Chiyah's Husseiniyah, and the al-Jammal produce market.
Other airstrikes hit areas in Ghobeiry, Haret Hreik, Burj al-Barajneh, and locations near Beirut International Airport.
Meanwhile, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the country, 3,386 people have been killed and 14,417 others have been injured.
Among these, 21 people were killed, and 73 injured in Israeli strikes on Wednesday alone, according to the Ministry.
The Israeli occupation has targeted 88 medical and ambulance centers, 40 hospitals, and 244 healthcare vehicles.
Furthermore, 65 hospitals and 218 ambulance associations were also targets of the Israeli occupation.
