On the 269th day of war, Resistance lures IOF into booby-trapped house

The Palestinian Resistance persists in targeting settlements in the Gaza Envelope with intense rocket barrages.

On Monday, the al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that its fighters were able to lure an Israeli force into a booby-trapped house that was used during a recent sniper operation east of Rafat. Moments after forces entered the house, it was blown up, killing and wounding members of the force.
In response, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, declared that it launched targeted rocket barrages on settlements including Kisufim, Third Eye, Nirim, Sufa, and Holit in the Gaza Envelope.
Israeli media reported an "unusual salvo" launched towards the Gaza envelope, which included around 20 rockets, confirming the sounding of air raid sirens in Third Eye in the Gaza envelope, and Kisufim.
Similarly, the National Resistance Brigades (forces of Martyr Omar al-Qasim) claimed responsibility for targeting occupation forces with mortar shells in the Kaf al-Mashrou' area, east of Rafah city, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades announced that they targeted a gathering of occupation forces in the Rafah sector, surrounding the Swedish village, with a barrage of rockets and regular 60-caliber mortar shells.
Resistance operations still engaging IOF in Netzarim Axis
In a related context, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza indicated that the Rresistance operations are focused on engaging the occupation forces in the Netzarim Axis, which separates the northern and central Gaza Strip from its southern part, stressing that the Resistance has introduced new tactics in its operations against the occupation, including the use of unexploded Israeli bombs.
Our correspondent pointed out that the violent confrontations in al-Shujaiya neighborhood in Gaza City indicate that the Resistance has prepared itself well for a war of attrition with the occupation.
On day 268th of the genocide in Gaza, the death toll reached 37,877 Palestinians and 86,969 injured by the Israeli occupation amid the IOF's brutal onslaught, according to the daily report published by the Health Ministry in Gaza.
"Israel" committed three massacres over the past 24 hours, killing 43 Palestinians and injuring 111 others. While some were transported to partially functioning hospitals, many victims remain stuck beneath the rubble with rescue crews being unable to reach them.
