An Israeli soldier was killed and another critically wounded during intense clashes with Palestinian Resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip, as battles continue across the enclave.

One Israeli soldier was killed and another was wounded in clashes with the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza on Saturday, according to Israeli media.
Israeli media reported on Saturday that an occupation soldier was killed and another critically wounded during clashes in Gaza, describing it as a "serious security incident," as battles continue across the Strip.
This comes as Palestinian Resistance fighters continue their operations across Gaza, launching ambushes and inflicting casualties upon Israeli Occupation Forces troops.
Days earlier, the Israeli army admitted that four soldiers were wounded in two separate incidents during clashes in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.
Palestinians Resistance fights on
On June 13, the al-Qassam Brigades, published fresh combat videos showing precision attacks as part of their ongoing David's Stones operation, including footage of a successful hit on an Israeli Merkava tank in southern Khan Younis.
The footage shows al-Qassam fighters striking an Israeli Merkava tank near the Abu Sharakh junction with a Yassin-105 shell, in addition to mortar attacks on troop concentrations across Gaza.

Al-Qassam fighters destroyed an Israeli military bulldozer with an IED in Tel al-Zaatar, east of Jabalia camp, on May 29, killing its operator after the fighters returned safely from the combat zone.
Meanwhile, the al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, released combat footage showing their fighters detonating an Israeli military vehicle north of Khan Younis using an improvised explosive device crafted from salvaged Israeli munitions.
