Palestinian steadfastness brings 'river to sea' liberation closer: ANC
The National Arab Convention praises the Palestinian Resistance and their allies for their resolute fight for Gaza against the Israeli occupation.
The Arab National Convention praised the fighting that the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza is engaged in, acknowledging the efforts of Hamas' al-Qassam Brigades and the al-Quds Brigades of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, as well as all other Palestinian factions that have imposed a new reality on the Arab-Zionist struggle.
Concluding its 33rd session held in Beirut under the title Al-Aqsa Flood, the Arab organization emphasized that it was "the steadfastness of the Palestinian people across all of Palestine that has greatly contributed to bolstering Resistance efforts and enhancing its capabilities, as well as boosting its confidence in its ability to achieve the resounding victory that will return historic Palestine to its people."
This steadfastness, according to the statement, will expedite and bring closer the liberation and the establishment of the State of Palestine from the river to the sea.

The Convention condemned the "ferocious attacks carried out by [Israeli] settler militias on our steadfast people in the cities, villages, and towns of the West Bank," including the "savage assaults on [Palestinian] citizens and their lands, homes, and properties." It also condemned the Israeli storming of streets and neighborhoods of the West Bank, in addition to the "executions" carried out "by the Zionist army against our people, which are directly supervised by the fascist settler government."
It expressed "great appreciation for the efforts of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon [Hezbollah], as well as the efforts of Yemen, Iraq, and Syria, and their steadfastness," considering that "their decision to support Gaza in the face of the Zionist aggression is exceptional," which embodies the "the unity of the nation and the unity of the Resistance fronts, reflecting deep strategic awareness and immense courage."
The statement also praised the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in supporting the Resistance in Palestine and the Palestinian people.
It saluted the "Palestinian prisoners in the Zionist occupation prisons," calling for their "immediate and unconditional release and the release of all honorable prisoners of conscience everywhere and for mobilizing all Arab capacities to support Gaza's steadfastness and provide it with food, medicine, and necessities of life, as well as to lift the Zionist siege on it."
It called for the "widest possible engagement in serving Palestine and Gaza through the initiatives announced by the convention and constructive interaction with the Palestine Support Fund."
The Convention called on "all Palestinian factions to capitalize on these sacrifices and major changes for the benefit of the Palestinian cause and to move forward toward forming a national unity government in the West Bank and Gaza ... in addition to holding general presidential, legislative, and Palestinian National Council elections."

Furthermore, it praised the global support Gaza received "in facing the Zionist extermination campaigns," thanking especially students and university professors in America, Europe, and other countries for their distinctive support.
Additionally, the organization expressed "appreciation for the official efforts of Algeria and South Africa, valuing their role in curbing Zionist infiltration in the African continent and also their efforts in holding the Zionist entity legally and politically accountable for its crimes against the Palestinian people."
The ANC also saluted "the countries that have severed relations with the Zionist entity and those that have recognized the Palestinian state" and condemned "the countries that support the Zionist entity politically, materially, and militarily," considering them "partners in its crimes in Gaza and other Palestinian territories."
The Convention highlighted the role of "Resistance Media," as well as "all media outlets that accurately showed the true picture of what is happening in Gaza."
It reaffirmed its support for "Syria in the face of the external aggression it has been subjected to for 13 years and for its unity, identity, independence, and sovereignty," renewing its condemnation of "the Zionist, American, and Turkish occupation of parts of Syria."
Finally, the Arab Convention reiterated its position announced during its previous session on the Sudanese crisis, affirming its support "for Sudan in facing the aggression that has entered its second year," considering that "the war on Sudan aims to impose Western-Zionist hegemony and to alter the situation In the country, through the displacement and expulsion of the indigenous population and the settlement of groups brought from Central, West, and North African countries."
